Beach is beautiful. On the top of room 2001 is a huge air conditioner. It makes you feel like you’re in airplane with a terrible pressure. I got dizzy and had terrible headache in 30 minutes staying in that room. After we complained , we received a nice room on the first floor. This resort gives you 100$ credit if you have VIP access, but no upgrades.

Rooms were nice provided you're in the newer area. Staff is very friendly and nice but there seems to be a disconnect in the typical needs and service. We didn't get shampoo/condition in our room after the first couple of days. Towels were also hard to come by. Lastly, excessive wait for food everywhere except the Ocean s restaurant. Having a car helps to go to restaurants and explore the island.

Beautiful setup and relaxed a**osphere. Limited food options but the available options were very good. Booked a beachfront room but only received an oceanview room. The view was lovely but it is misleading while booking that you are actually going to get an oceanfront room. Employees willing to help, however, they don't go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and the resort is SUPER stingy on towels.

It is a very safe hotel. The beaches and pools were very nice. Snorkeling, kayak and paddle boards are on site for a fee. Parking was very good. The hotel room was fine. The one bedroom suites were much nicer. Cleaned our room every other day. Food was tasty. Bar closes at 11:00 which felt early. Shops were reasonably priced. I didn't like they would not refresh my pool towels in the day. Said I only get them once. No straws on site. Entering the facility was a pain bc of the sharp turn so we always had to make a u-turn which added 5 minutes to each trip into Simpson Bay.

A good amount of the staff at the 2 bars were unfriendly. You almost felt ignored. Maybe b/c we were all inclusive. The room was musty with a sliding door that didn’t close properly. AC unit leaked all over the floor, and it took numerous calls for assistance. Finally I found a maintenance guy and brought him into the room. Dining is very limited.

Front desk receptionist was doing 3 jobs at a time and was not paying full attention to me when doing my check up. The room smells heavily to Clorox and there wasn’t even a small water bottle in the room: you’re to guess that you need to buy it. And there is nowhere after the shops inside the hotel close… another issue is how far the rooms are and they were expecting me to wait for someone to take me for about 10 minutes…
