A good amount of the staff at the 2 bars were unfriendly. You almost felt ignored. Maybe b/c we were all inclusive. The room was musty with a sliding door that didn’t close properly. AC unit leaked all over the floor, and it took numerous calls for assistance. Finally I found a maintenance guy and brought him into the room. Dining is very limited.

Front desk receptionist was doing 3 jobs at a time and was not paying full attention to me when doing my check up. The room smells heavily to Clorox and there wasn’t even a small water bottle in the room: you’re to guess that you need to buy it. And there is nowhere after the shops inside the hotel close… another issue is how far the rooms are and they were expecting me to wait for someone to take me for about 10 minutes…

When you first walk in to the lobby you get the feeling that this was a great choice to vacation here. I had trouble checking in and the staff were so helpful and understanding which made a tough day so much nicer. You don't have to leave the property as there enough shopping to take care of your needs from suntan lotions and clothing to snacks or breakfast nibbles for you room.

The property was beautiful. Our room had the best view, a small yard off the lanai, and iguanas sunning themselves every day! The pools were wonderful and never crowded. Same with the restaurants. We had a great vacation!

A very beautiful property just outside of phillipburg. The beach is pretty much the Divi. Only one other hotel down the way. The snorkeling and dive site were fantastic.
The food was great at PureOcean. The service as well. They could work on more food options throughout the day for easy quick food.
But all in all a beautiful place.
