Lokal Hotel Old City

Exceeded all expectations! I’m sad I’m only here for one night. This place is terrific, check in was great, couldn’t recommend it more.

Easy self-checkin process. Excellent area of town and thoughtful amenities. Would definitely book again for a family stay.

Very cool spot! City vibes , neat furnishing and very clean. Great location. Went to Phillies game..got uber..there in 15 min.Definitely stay again.Highly recommend!!

Great concept, high design, convenient location to historic sites. Parking was easier than expected and overall just a really cool place to stay. Wish you continued success

It's an unstaffed walk-up on a funky (in a good way) street. When you arrive, they send you an email. Unfortunately, no one bothered to think about the user experience. It tells you to put in the name of your room, but the email didn't tell me the name of my room. And then the instructions don't match the interface on the lock screen to get in. So you're standing there holding all your luggage and you have to call them. The screen on the door says, "Room number" but of course, I didn't know it. They answer the phone. What, the number is "Will"? Will isn't a number. Etc. The instructions are written by someone who isn't looking at the screen. The person on the phone is the only interaction you'll have while staying there, but there is no empathy or follow-up. If you're hoping for a delightful little hotel, this isn't it. It's an unstaffed AIrBnB with steep steps, a large studio apartment and it's quiet. It was also musty smelling and the windows don't open.

Absolutely loved the Lokal Hotel in Old City! From the spacious room to the historic charm of the building, we would recommend this space to anyone looking for a fun stay in a quiet, quaint part of Philly. Super walkable location and so many gems to check out right outside your hotel room! Would happily stay again.

I only stayed one night but it was perfect, close to many attractions and cafes

This property was SO well designed! I loved feeling so "fancy" while staying here. There were lots of clear directions for all the amenities. I loved how walkable it was - close to lots of food and entertainment!

We stayed at Lokal for our wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect - the room was pristine and beautiful. There was spotify included in the in room iPad as well as in unit w/d. Check in was easy and we even got a complimentary bottle of prosecco! We highly recommend Lokal for any special occasion!
