I called 2 weeks before my reservation date to cancel, since my friend in Philadelphia was able to put me up. You wouldnt accept my cancellation and I was still charged. Considering that I got in off someone else's cancellation, I'm sure that someone could have used the bed I tried to cancel. Thousands of People were in town for Wrestlemania and there were 6000 athletes doing the Hot Chocolate Run (5K 10K 15K), including me from out of town. It seems that your company really needed my money. I pity you, I acted in transparency, cancelling two weeks ahead.

#好評#對防治蚊蟲措施，走廊隔音，鄰近活動，梳洗用品，鄰近店舖，房間佈局滿意；这里的店员非常的友好，我想洗衣服，她还会带我去教我怎么操作。我订的是一个四人的房间，那天我之外只有一个人在，所以也是很安静很舒适的。另外，出入都需要刷卡，包括所在的位置也是很安静的。
需要提醒大家一点，美国的酒店都是不带洗漱用品的，如果没有带的话，去附近的华人街那里买一下就好了。在那里也可以买到锁头，东西锁在柜子里出去玩儿各种就很放心啦。

很不錯的青旅。位置很好，距離市中心及景點步行可以到達。廚房很大，大家做飯很方便。很大的活動空間，大家愉快地交流。推薦

An ok hostel in an interesting area. But could do better. Staff are lovely, informed and friendly but at their personal safety are required to personally leave the desk, go around it & answer the door! because of no door buzzer, which is terribly inefficient and having to be so close to everyone is not social distancing. I thought this was standard in most places now ? The main space is well equipped and a great place to hang out. The dorms are basic, clean but just ok, no privacy curtains. The women's showers do not have a closeable door only curtains, so anyone can walk in when you shower. Which I haven't come across in a hostel in years :( Shout out to the staff and cleaners who do an amazing job.
