The location was great, our villa was just in front of the sea, 3 rooms very spacious, the bathroom a little bit small and the shower had low water pressure. Breakfast was various but not great quality, which can be improved.

80% of the guests are Russian couples on a package tour. The guy at the reception demanded my passport "as deposit" - the practice, I never met with anywhere before! He was insisting on that demand being a normal practice and showed me stocks of Russian passports. Finally gave him VND 500000 deposit instead (returned at check-out). The room was spacious, but bathroom very small. Bad smell inside. AC worked ok. The water pressure was low, the hot water below body's temperature. The plumber came and through google translation said it was "because of high consumption". But the pressure and temperature never became normal throughout my stay, even late at night. The plumber was reluctant to go for some 5 minutes more after this verdict as if he expected tips for his service! Breakfast (included) was good. For lunch and dinner the best quality per price was the restaurant in front of this hotel across the road; many other eateries nearby were much worse. The beach is just OK for Muine, as there you can not swim due to the waves. Overall hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid.

It was on great location. Just one, we can’t see and hear any beach and sea wave sound. A little far from seaside.

Phòng ốc cũ kỹ, xuống cấp trầm trọng: + Tôi ở tầng 2 (tầng trên cùng), đêm đầu tiên gặp mưa to, thấy sàn bị ướt, nhìn lên trần thạch cao thấy 1 lỗ thủng, phải yêu cầu mang khăn lót chỗ dột !!! + Tivi vừa nhỏ, vừa cũ nhưng không sử dụng được, toàn hạt é, hạt chia, nhân viên kỹ thuật k xử lý được, báo mạng hư vì trời mưa (nhưng từ lúc nhận phòng, k có giọt mưa, bật tivi lên mà tình trạng vẫn hạt é, hạt chia, có sử dụng được đâu)!!! + Máy lạnh: nhiều phòng báo không đủ mát??? + Thẻ vào phòng của 1 phòng bị hỏng không sử dụng được, phải đổi đến lần thứ 3!!! + Gạch sàn trong phòng tắm đứng bị bong tróc dễ gây sát thương!!! 2. Nhân viên chưa nhiệt tình, chu đáo: + Phòng Superior, yêu cầu giường đôi, nhưng giao 2 giường đơn cũng không ghép lại, khách tự xoay sở!!! + Vừa nhận phòng (lúc gần 15g) nhưng sàn trong phòng không sạch sẽ, cát nhám chân và lối đi chung quá bẩn vì cát!!! + Phòng có thêm trẻ em, nhân viên báo lắp giường phụ nhưng thực tế k lắp, khi trả phòng, khách phản hồi thì nhân viên trừ bớt tiền!!! + Hồ bơi nước đục, không trong!!! Điểm khen: 1. Không gian thiết kế hài hòa, cây cảnh đẹp. 2. Nhà hàng phục vụ món ăn ngon, nhưng điểm trừ là nhân viên ít đi dọn bát đĩa khách đã sử dụng. Cảm ơn TRIP đã quan tâm khách hàng, mong có những quan sát, kiểm tra thực tế đối với các khách sạn, resort để tư vấn, cung cấp cho khách hàng chỗ nghỉ dưỡng phù hợp về chất lượng, giá cả,...

Vị trí đẹp, phục vụ chu đáo; riêng thiết bị nội thất cũ; lavapo có nhiều gián bò lúc nhúc; bãi đậu xe không có mái che, thiếu bóng cây, rất nắng nóng (chỗ xe đang đậu dưới bóng cây mà bảo vệ yêu cầu đậu chỗ khác (rất nắng) để cho 1 xe khác đậu là chưa công bằng và thiếu chuyên nghiệp trong việc sắp xếp chỗ đậu xe !!! Cần khắc phục một vài điểm yếu sẽ "pro" hơn !!!

Tạm ổn so với tầm giá, ăn sáng ít món ăn. Địa điểm gần khu ăn uốn.

We stayed at the resort as it was a part of a tour we did. This is a lovely, spacious villa but a bit run down. Worst was the service. The people at the reception made absolutely no effort. When we asked about recommendations for dinner she was very rude and abrupt saying go wherever. Shame as the location is quite good and not too far from the resort there were many places for super seafood. Breakfast was really bad. We sat for breakfast around 8.30 am and most of the dishes were empty. You had to ask them for refills. Decent selection of fresh fruit was on offer and the eggs were good. They do have a lovely beach though and right next door there is a super bar with excellent service

I went with 2 couples to Swiss Village resort and stayed at the buglaow with everything needed for our stay. The staff and servce was very helpful the and service was amicable! We loved the morning buffet and once I returned to HCM realized I left few things such as my charger and jewellery piece! I believed the staff named THUY and her team assisted and offered to send the delivery on the way to HCMC in one good form. I was very impressed and could not express any better other than to say many thanks to the wonderful team at Swiss Village resort and I highly recommend this resort 110 percent!! Thanks again !!

very disappointing stay never again, bedroom nice breakfast cold food and coffee abysmal choice I went once never again. the upstairs noise non stop above me (i was 3rd floor) drove me crazy until 2am. complained to staff absolutely no interest. Stayed in this area many times no complaints never again Swiss village. Gym closed spa closed yet i came for excercise!

It was a great place to stay. Great location, nice beach, and a great breakfast. Staff very helpful - went out of her way to pick up bus tickets for us. Highly recommend this place.

Приехали сюда 2 мая, номер хороший, вода в душе правда горячая днем, холодной нет, а ночью нет горячей воды(((.Пляж не убирают, не поняла.. мусор как лежал с нашего приезда так и оставался лежать...хотя рабочих много, но все они почему-то садом заняты, но только не пляжем. На 3 день нашего пребывания появилась стая собак, выходят вечером (днем жарко),3 неприятно, гадили пляж...вели агрессивно. После обеда небольшой отлив, в море купаться некомфортно, на дне какие-то камни, штыри, иногда тут местные ставят сети, муж чуть в них не запутался когда нырял....морем выкинуло какое-то мертвое животное, тоже никто не убрал((( Последний день решили не оставаться, не хотелось (очень уныло и скучно), поехали в Сайгон погулять по городу и ждать вылета...
