Safety = Zero. There wasn't enough lighting at all. The floors were uneven and not fixed, which resulted in ankle injuries. The hotel staff sarcastically said there was nothing she could do because all medical supplies/tea were sent to a different branch (which also has horrible reviews). She claimed her manager was away and the owner doesn't respond to their texts.
Walkability: The last step of the staircase was almost half-broken, and the hotel took no responsibility or offered any service, despite guests not being able to see it due to lack of lighting. This caused someone to misstep and twist their ankle. They made all sorts of excuses and didn't take care of the guest at all, even though there was only one room occupied and one car parked. They claimed the first-aid kit was sent to another branch, the manager was on leave, and the owner wasn't interested. Seriously, just stay somewhere else.
The water pressure was like water flowing from a bottle cap with holes poked in it. You'd press the soap dispenser and have to wait five minutes for it to reset before you could press it again. The service was terrible. My first stay in 2023 was okay, even though it was a bit old and run-down. Two years later, it looks like it's about to fall apart. The staff spoke sarcastically, basically saying, 'Review us however you like, it's your business.' There was only one staff member. The owner clearly doesn't care at all.
