บริการแย่มาก ฉันมาสายเพื่อเช็คอิน แต่เคาน์เตอร์แผนกต้อนรับปิดทำการเวลา 22.00 น. พวกเขาควรมีพนักงานคอยดูแลตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงเพื่อให้ลูกค้ามาสายยังสามารถเช็คอินได้เหมือนโรงแรมอื่น ฉันต้องไปเช็คอินที่โรงแรมอื่นเพราะฉันไม่สามารถเช็คอินในโรงแรมที่จองและชำระเงินไปแล้วได้!!!😢มันเปลืองเงิน!!!😢 แล้ววันต่อมาเมื่อฉันต้องการเช็คอินกลับเขาก็บอกว่าห้องแล้ว ครอบครองโดยลูกค้ารายอื่น รำคาญมากเมื่อพวกเขาย้ายฉันไปที่สาขาโรงแรมอื่น เสียเวลาของฉันมาก !!! แต่ฉันขอชมว่าห้องที่พวกเขาให้มานั้นสวยและสะอาด

โรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุดที่ฉันพัก... ฉันเอาเพียงเพราะนาทีสุดท้ายและใกล้กับจุดหมายปลายทางของฉัน 3 ชั้นไม่มีลิฟท์...ห้องฝุ่น..มียุง ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด...ผ้าปูที่นอน ปลอกหมอน ผ้าห่มไม่เปลี่ยน ศูนย์บำรุงรักษา...ฉันทำผิด..เสียใจกับการจองและชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนทางออนไลน์ก่อนที่จะเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ก่อน

ประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดีอยู่ในโรงแรมนี้ ห้องมีกลิ่นเหม็นมาก ห้องน้ำไม่ทำความสะอาดอย่างถูกต้อง ผ้าปูที่นอนสกปรก

ไม่มีลิฟท์ มีกระเป๋าใบใหญ่โปรดคิดให้ดี ห้องไม่มีหน้าต่าง การไหลเวียนของอากาศแย่มากและมีกลิ่นชนิดหนึ่ง

พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะอาดและกว้างขวาง ฉันชอบเก้าอี้นวดที่จัดไว้ให้ มีประโยชน์มากหลังจากเดินทางไกล จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

It was a nice stay here. Unfortunately, the room is too small and not spacious for the family. The toilet is too small and there's not enough space to hang pur clothes and we are force to change our clothes outside the toilet and hopefully they will provide more selection of tv channel too. As they were just one channel in the tv.

I was transferred to another establishment nearby cos they overbooked. Good, clean room with basic amenities. No frills. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom with good water pressure. Room on third floor. No lift/ elevator.

The family room consists of 2 double beds. Convenient as it is situated at uptown pj with a lot of restaurants and cafes around.

The room is dirty, not same with picture, the access card cannot be used, no hairdryer, need to carry 2 people luggage to second floor, The only thing can accept is the car parking. Overall is bad and strongly not recommend.

recommend if u looking for budget accommodation, generallyl acceptable

Great location - close to many restaurants/ cafes/ shopping mall/ .... very friendly / polite/ helpful staff and supervisor was professional. Value for money. Great Room

Nice and comfortable hotel. Easy to access to all highway and food also easy to locate.

The overall experience was ok, good location with a lot of shop and restaurant , also near starling mall quite convenient spot for us to stay. The only things is that is quite hard to find parking during the day time quite crowded.

The hotel not bad just that if lift is here it would be better.
