I don't even have one positive thing to say about Star Apar**ents Petah Tikva. On the first day we were met by a pushy manager that wouldn’t stop pressing us for payment, even before we even got out of the car in the extremely questionable parking lot, more on that later on. Once we entered the lobby we were met by dead cockroaches and poor hygiene. The cleanliness in the apar**ent matched the standards of the lobby which required us to clean it ourselves with disinfectant, out of our own pocket. When booking our stay we were promised a proper parking space, what we got was an unsafe, small underground parking lot that we were unable to use during our stay and had to instead park outside and pay more money in parking fees. The parking lot was not only unsafe but also could potentially damage the underneath of our car because of uneven and bumpy surfaces. Moreover, the apar**ent itself was not large enough for 4 people, there was barely any room for anything. The place barely had the necessary furniture to be called an ‘’apar**ent’’, for instance, there were no nightstands next to the bed, and only 1 table-like surface in the entire room in which we could put our things on. It was almost not possible to open the wardrobe because one of the beds and a door was blocking it. Forget about ever opening a window as the room is facing towards the street allowing all the noise and dust to freely enter the apar**ent. The apar**ent itself is in a terrible area, both by looks and feel. The streets look run down, and the houses feel like they are falling apart. I thoroughly regret choosing Star Apar**ents Petah Tikva, and will never EVER come back. It’s definitely worth paying a bit more in order to avoid this place.

This place is not clean, the terrace was located on the fourth floor and it was a mess, by looking at the pictures we thought it belonged to the apar**ent.( Very misleading) did not include washing machine,had to pay to use the machines washer and dryer, there was a leak in the laundry room. The entrance door to the building is in deplorable condition and covered with graffiti. We assume that is why the pictures do not show the exterior of the property.There was no sofa, the description says self parking, but this has to be paid separately. Internet was shut down two days prior to the end of our stay. Anyone would miss this place, does not look like a habitable building. We would definitely not recommend it 👎 Not worth it. Das Zimmer war soweit ok. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus sollte stark verbessert werden, es lagen tote Kakalaken und die lebenden fuhren auch schon mal mit dem Fahrstuhl ins andere Stockwerk.
