My partner had an issue with her leg and Four Seasons did not hesitate to assist and ask about her well being everyday. This is why I'm a regular Four Seasons customer!

The place was very nice, clean room every day, restaurant staff was excellent, I had surgery and they took care of any request, very good stay, only thing missing is a bit of activities or an additional restaurant.

This was my first time staying at the hotel. It was a cute, newer building. There was less rooms than the typical hotel which I liked. The staff was friendly and it was located in a quiet street in Bogotà

El hotel fue muy acogedor, queda cerca del movistar arena y la embajada norteamericana. El personal de servicio muy especial y atento recomiendo mucho este lugar. Volvería nuevamente.

Estuvimos un grupo de 3 amigas. Todo muy limpio, cómodo. Todos los días hacen limpieza. Nos tocó en una habitación donde sentimos un poco de ruido y dificultó el descanso.

Excelente ubicación para tramites en la embajada americana, queda a 2 cuadras, personal atento. El único toma de corriente para cargar el celular está en el baño y no estaba funcionando bien.
