Returning for my fourth time! feeling calm and knowing exactly what to expect and what standards will be met. It is so reassuring. The staff here are truly amazing. They are incredibly responsive on WeChat, handling any request or issue instantly, and you can trust them completely to ensure a smooth stay. The air conditioning is strong and efficient, and most of the room's features are controlled by buttons right next to the bed, which is incredibly convenient. There is an air purifier for smoking rooms. The room also has a large, comfortable desk for work, plenty of power outlets, a mini-fridge, and an electric kettle. Food delivery is even brought right to your door by robots! Right behind the hotel, there is a huge supermarket stocked with everything you could need at very good prices, along with a McDonald's, various restaurants, and a small mall. Highly recommended! 🌷 This is an aesthetic, pleasant, and well-equipped hotel that strictly maintains its standards over time and provides very good value for money. I arrived at the hotel well before check-in, which I completely understood, and my room wasn’t ready. However, they kindly looked after my luggage, which was intact when I returned later, and my room was ready at that time. The bed is very comfortable, and the room itself is a good size. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including free bottled water, a bidet, slippers, paper cups, and anti-mosquito repellent. The location is perfect—quiet at night for a restful sleep, but just a few minutes' walk from shops. There's also a convenience store right next door, which is really convenient. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and it truly feels like a second home to me. The rooms are affordable, offering great value for money.

For foreign friends who would like to stay in this hotel, the hotel itself is called Oriental Hotel. Location-wise, it's next to the shopping centre, lots of restaurants and a nice market. The city itself is alive at night so it's best to walk around the area. Cleanliness- the hotel is mostly clean and every things packed individually and sanitized. The hotel staff is very lovely. She offers a lot of help during our stay. She is happy to provide our needs for hiking as well. She is sweet and a very nice woman. The bed is soft and comfy. She even gave us extra pillows for more comfort.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel as on two nights, I experienced loud noise from people in the room next to mine very late. On the second night when this happened after midnight, I recorded this noise and complained to the frontdesk, who said they spoke to the guests. However around 5.30am, I was awoken by shouting and loud talking from a man in that same room (but he sounded like a different person from the man who had been naking noise at midnight), including cursing, and for the next 1.5 hours he kept doing that, which I strongly believe was deliberate. I sent the frontdesk messages at 5.41am and 6.45am, yet the hotel only responded around 8am. They offered to extend my checkout to 1am, then offered me 40 yuan rebate, but I refused as I was asked to give them 200 yuan in order for them to refund me 240 yuan (2 nights stay). Besides the fact I felt worried and threatened and thought about going to confront the man in the room next to mine, I think that these were not normal guests but people who were known to the hotel staff.
