We were delighted with the excellent service and attentiveness from all the staff. The meals were well well presented with a variety of choices of fresh local food. The seafood extravaganza at poolside on one evening was a sight and culinary experience to behold. The wine list was extensive and reasonably priced. The 25 metres pool and the very close beach added to the pleasure of the stay.

I booked and received confirmation to stay in this hotel. However, the hotel called to say that I booked in the same moment as a couple booked. Therfore, the hotel decided to move a singe person vs a couple to another hotel. they had difficulty and put me in a much lower level hotel. On top of this the substitute hotel had non functioning air conditioning and after trying to sleep for 2 hours while sweating to death in seaside heat and humidity they brought a portable machine to alleviate the pools of sweat I was lying in. While the Imperial Sport was nice and invited me to come have all meals at their hotel, it was an inconvienince, the other hotel not the same level, and I had a very important mtg the next day of which I was not rested in the manner I should have been.

Ottimo albergo per posizione,per la pulizia, personale gentilissimo e ho ricevuto molte attenzioni per le mie allergie alimentari cercando in ogni modo di accontentarmi Comodo anche il garage privato sotterraneo dove arriva ascensore dell’albergo La nostra camera bella e spaziosa con vista mare si trovava al 4 piano dove le stanze sono tutte ristrutturate però nella mia c’era il water danneggiato …all’inizio mi era sembrato sporco poi ho visto che la ceramica era rovinata…consiglierei di sostituirlo

Bellissimo hotel centrale e che si affaccia sul mare. Stanze comode e pulite. Il bagno e la doccia molto grande!lo stesso si puó dire anche del terrazzino vista mare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima cucina e ricca colazione. Hotel a portata di bambini!

Hotel top, servizi ottimi camera molto bella e cibo buonissimo! Siamo stati con due bambini e devo dire che tutto il personale è molto gentile, spiaggia a due passi e in posizione molto centrale! Se ci sarà la possibilità torneremo sicuramente

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per la sua posizione sul mare e leggendo alcune recensioni. La scelta è stata azzeccatissima, sia per l'ottima posizione: sul mare, a due passi da p.zza della Libertà (con la magnifica sfera di A. Pomodoro), a tre passi dal centro storico. Personale molto gentile, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta, sia alla reception che in sala colazione e cena. Per il servizio della cena è impiegato personale qualificato, attento alle esigenze del cliente. (Visto i tempi: una sorpresa!) Ricco buffet di antipasti e verdure, primi e secondi molto buoni, sia nella materia prima che nella preparazione. Con tutta tranquillità lo consigliamo.

Prima vacanza con la bimba di un anno e mezzo e devo dire che sono davvero molto soddisfatta! Camera con culla e letto singolo, oltre al matrimoniale, quindi abbastanza spaziosa. Una grande attenzione verso il benessere dei piccoli, mai avuto un problema durante i pasti, ogni richiesta era esaudita con gentilezza e garbo. Il cibo vario e ottimo (un grande applauso alla cucina), personale di sala GENTILISSIMO. Ci avete coccolati. Gentilissimo anche il personale dei Bagni Lallo, a cui si appoggia l'hotel. Una vacanza rilassante e speriamo vivamente di tornare il prossimo anno! Grazie di cuore!

Tolles Hotel für Familien mit direkter Strandlage, aber auch die Stadt ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kulinarisch bleibt ebenfalls kaum ein Wunsch offen. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt.

Hotel perfetto sotto ogni aspetto, pulizia, servizi ed ospitalità. Siamo stati in 5 con anche un cagnolino e tutto è stato impeccabile come lo è sempre stato negli ultimi 8 anni. L’intero staff ti fa sentire a casa e sono sempre disponibili per ogni necessità… la cucina è veramente il fiore all’occhiello e la festa in piscina un top da 10 e lode.
