I felt very unsafe in this place. Especially when someone was trying to get into the room from the garden side door. Dodgy as and staff seemed very unaware and uncaring when I've tried to talk about being broken in to.

The apar**ent was clean but there was damage which was worrying as they took a $200 deposit which they didn't release for 7 days so we had to take photos of existing damage. The sofa in the living room was very hard and uncomfortable also the bed sheets were all crinkled and not ironed . The worst part was the swimming pool which was dirty green and looked like an avocado smoothy which was extremely disappointing; because we had walked all round Perth, it was an extremely hot day and we would have had a swim if it hadn't been so dirty.

Room was ok….
Missing pillow cases on sofa bed, no top sheet on beds, fitted sheets came off easily, mattesses need deep clean & only 2 towels provided for 3 guests. No shampoo/conditioner.
Was some unpleasant marks on the curtain and ACs needed a clean.
Not super happy with price paid.

Miserable staff, small room, small bathroom, flat pillows, bed was very uncomfortable, crumpled sheets, rock hard, uncomfortable settee, the "pool" was full of algae and green so unable to use for duration of stay, paid $200 bond per room, not yet refunded! If you stay here, take photos of everything in the room as they will try and keep your bond, oh, and keep the noise down after 9 pm or you will loose your bond as you break the 9pm quiet time curfew. No where near a 3* apar**ent, Terrible, Terrible. I do not recommend these apar**ents, look for something else!!

Loved the place overall. Staff really helpful and appar**ent great. Really comfy bed and lovely cotton bedding. Only downside was the green slimy pool which was a real shame on such a hot day.

Great location...room 18 was near the pool which we loved...the room looked like it hadn't had a deep clean since covid ..the exhaust fan in the bathroom had 5 years of dust on it and it didn't work ...stayed at better places for the sahe money

I have had numerous stays at this apar**ents and everytime I have had friendly helpful service. The apar**ents are always clean and fresh. Sometimes a small language barrier thou never far of another staff who can translate or intervene. Plenty of parking and that swimming pool was a pleasant delight in the shade of the afternoons. Keep up the good work & see you soon!!
