淋浴間很大很乾凈，辦理入住寄存行李都很便捷，主要地腳也好，樓下有個超市和酒吧，停車場離的很近

It is equipped with clean bedding, kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and has a clean bathroom. It is a convenient location to look around Perth. It was convenient to have a friendly staff who spoke Korean. I would like to visit again next time.

I stayed here with my family 5 days. Perfect location on Murray St, close to Coles and other bars/pubs. RED cat bus stop just across the street, so you can discover Perth directly from the doorstep. We had an issue with a noise coming from the roof, we made the reception aware of it and they offered us to be moved to another apartment while the issue was getting fixed. Thanks to Daniela for helping us moving all our staff with the trolley from one floor to the other.

I found the staff member calling me prior to my stay to lecture me on the "rules" of the building quite abrasive. Middle of summer & the cleaning staff turned the air-conditioners off while we were out to breakfast so when we returned to the room it was a sauna. There was a spa in the bathroom but it was VERY loud when operational, you could hear it in the hallway. Additionally it was not easy to get luggage to & into the hotel due to proximity to parking & steps. Whilst the apartment was a good size & in a reasonable location I would not stay here again for the above reasons.

Room (make-up) service was not provided daily, to our surprise. We were told conflicting information by the receptionist (1 told us that room service was provided daily, while another said otherwise), so we were confused. On the last night of our stay, we were provided half-baked make-up room service — while the beds were made up n rubbish in the toilet was cleared, the rubbish in the kitchen area was not cleared and the dirty dishes were left in the sink. Half-hearted room service is not appreciated! Was also expecting a bathtub for our room type that we paid for (assumption based on website), but it seems like this accommodation has no bathtub for all room types.

Thank you Quest West End for the lovely stay at your hotel. The room was clean and the hotel is also located quite near the CBD area. Kudos to Jess and the reception team for their great service and remembering our requests too! Hope to stay at Quest West End again when we are back to Perth :)

We stayed here as it was close to the entertainment district we were attending for a show. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Suite was spacious, clean, and well presented. Will not hesitate to stay here in the future.

The apartments are fantastic and the beds are so comfortable with really nice pillows. Great service at the front counter with affordable car parking in the City. Room serviced daily to an excellent standard. Located within 5 minute walk to the middle of Perth city such a great location to be.

A group of friends had a staycation in Perth . The people at Quest- especially Daniela - couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Our room was big and the beds comfortable. Jess helped us with an issue in our room and Daniela was incredibly helpful during check in and out. We were able to have a late checkout and leave our luggage In reception while we went out for breakfast
