We love visiting Perth & staying at this lovely hotel! Very well run, with excellent friendly & attentive staff. Furnishings including beds & bedding are comfortable. Love the complimentary coffee:) & breakfast served in a beautiful dining room with huge windows overlooking the park. Very good value:)

Noisy Hotel but friendly staff.
Had to move rooms the first night because of excessive amount of noise coming from the room next to us.
Once we moved to the 3rd floor, we heard kids running around and doors slamming the floor until well after 11pm. Not really what your looking for for a relaxing weekend away.
Staff were friendly and great which made the experience a little better

The Best Western Plus in Perth is conveniently located for walking around downtown, is well-maintained, and has friendly and helpful staff. The overall experience is pleasantly surprising and far beyond the official 3-star hotel rating. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or stay here again if the opportunity arose.

This place is amazing. Spacious room, great location and the pool and spa is great. Our meal at the Hotel’s restaurant, The Locks, was delicious and the dinning room was excellent.
The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The best part of this hotel is the park next to it - we were there on a beautiful fall day and it was gorgeous. The shopping district is within walking distance. Our only negative was our waitress at breakfast - she just came and stood next to the table. She smiled but there was no initiative coming from her. We wondered if perhaps she had a disability (she was incredibly passive) but it was disconcerting.

Reception desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and quiet. Enjoyed a wonderfully served hot breakfast in the beautiful hotel dining area in the morning. One of my best stays at a Hampton Inn!
