Would like to thank Maria at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful when I needed to find a missing member of the wedding party. A pleasant stay and we will definitely use this place again if we are visiting in the near future thanks for adding to a perfect weekend

Bath tap ridiculously hard to turn on/off, shower slider wouldn't budge and was too far up for me to reach safely. TV remote control batteries were 5 months past expiry date, as a consequence could only turn telly on and off, not change channel or play with volume Disappointing but this is the kind of general lack of care and routine maintenanne that has become all too familiar with TL. And, the same comment I always make but nothing ever changes, provide a bath mat!!!!! The floor is slippery (you have a warning notice about slipping!).

Nice hotel situated right next to the M4 with easy access to Cardiff and the surrounding areas. Hotel room was clean and tidy and no noises could be heard from other guests. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Debra on reception. A credit to Travelodge!

Location of the place is perfect to visit Cardiff city. Has really nice options for food and drinks as based within services. Debra at the reception was really nice and friendly. Check in was efficient and prompt at 3pm as it was mentioned and checkout was not until 12 the next morning which was great as most places will charge extra if wanting to stay beyond 11am so that was great.

Good place for me for work. Free parking onside, easy access to m4. Staff are really helpful. Will visit again. Great that it sits within service station so easy to get food!! Good for concerts also as not far from city centre. Rooms basic but clean.

Lovely little Travelodge. Debra and Maria were extremely friendly and helpful upon our arrival, and we were able to get into our rooms early, which was lovely. They could not have made us feel more welcome! The Travelodge is attached to the Moto services which was open 24 hours, so great for grabbing a drink and bite to eat.
