We had stayed at the Pembrokeshire hotel previously. And chose to book here very last minute heading home. On arrival Debra was so welcoming. And explained for us to book online as cheaper. This hotel looks more newer than Pembroke. But equally as clean. And the great part was the plugs at bed. Hotel has free parking but had to provide our reg. few fast food options on site

I stayed last night, arrived late and left fairly early so it was a convenient place to spend the night. It's right on the M4 junction, attached to the services which have a 24hr Costa & Smiths. The hotel is very dated for a Travelodge but the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were excellent- very friendly and welcoming. My big problem with this hotel is the entry system. Overnight, the door is locked and you have to press a buzzer to get in. Whereas most hotels that do this have a fob so guests can get back in, this one doesn't so you have to wait for a member of staff to come and open the door which can take quite a while when their busy.

Good service, good price, and comfortable bed, but dirty tv, chair, dressing table and door handle. Bedding was clean though.

This hotel was perfect for what i required, great value you for money and friendly staff, i would definitely recommend for a short stay

It was a pleasant stay. Receptionist made us feel very welcome and the overall experience was great.. thank you Travelodge. Price was cheaper and location is great too.. no complaints.. everything at top level.

Great base for exploring right on the M4. Very short walk to Pencoed where we visited for a Wedding reception
