Very new and clean.
Near to Okanagan beach and downtown restaurants and so.
Good breakfast included in reasonable price.

Property and the amenities are new and very nice. However, my room was very cold, the heater was blowing cold air and the thermostat was showing 16*C while outside were -27*C, I tried increasing the temperature but no luck. Also, the wifi didn’t work.

Rooms were nice, breakfast was good but the hotel was very busy and the pool is small and loud when full.
Seemed to be an issue with enough towels in the hotel. 0 in the pool area and only 3 in the room when we booked in with 4 people.

Our room was clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was also clean and well appointed. The staff at desk were all welcoming and helpful. A superior newer total in Penticton.

Friendly staff, great breakfast.
Uncomfortable pillows . Horrible toilet paper, thin like tissue paper, I would never buy that cheap of a toilet paper at home so I should not have to use that in a quality hotel. otherwise great hotel.

We stayed for a week and found the amenities and service were consistently on point, clean and well stocked. Loved this place and will definitely stay here next time we’re in town.

Our stay was great. The staff was wonderful. We didn’t get the king bed we booked but was fine as the gal at the checkin was kind and helpful.
