The service and people are rude and terrible! And there was roaches in the room the manager is ****** and rude as well he was very threatening !!

酒店非常適合家庭親子出遊，複式結構，空間夠大，兩個衞生間，也能買菜做飯，配備了餐具，就是中國家庭建議帶筷子，衹有刀叉。位置也不錯，去哪都方便，中國超市，whole food都是十來分鐘的車程。

位置很好，出門採購很便利，四個人住小複式套房很舒服，房間很寬敞乾淨，設施也比較齊全，不足的地方是酒店提供的早餐比較簡陋，除此以外其他都挺不錯

My room, 1112, had a moldy smell. Even though
the beds and pillows were really good and comfortable, the smell bothered me throughout my stay. I couldn't sleep properly.
Bathrooms were clean. There was no dishwashing liquid to hand wash the glasses. Sorry for leaving it in the sink. Breakfast was nice. Overall, we loved our stay at Sonesta suites.

I booked 2 rooms. The first room had trash still on the sides of nightstands. The water in all bathrooms and kitchen had a foul odor and the hot water worked intermittently. The second rooms towels all smelled like mildew, skittles in 2 of the drawers, the upstairs shower would back up so you had to keep turning the water off to let it drain then back on.
