Hotel was clean,friendly staff. great breakfast options. Good location. Pillows were too soft and the a/c in 324 was extremely noisy. didnt sleep for 2 nts. didnt make sense to change rooms for 1 nt. would stay again.

It was ok but bed way too soft. There was no bath mat and tub very slippery. Would have been nice to have to have had the option of another towel.
The staff all very friendly especially Rachel at front desk.

The Handicapped rooms are close to the front desk.
The Staff is exceptional in meeting my needs.
Had to get to Hotel early to get Handicapped parking to the front door.

Was very surprised at how nice the room was due to the low star ratings. Room and facilities were nice. The only thing was the smell. For some reason, there was a strong musky smell in our room. The shower head leaked all night, but that didn’t bother us

Only stayed over night, check in was very easy very good breakfast great customer service during both check in and check out. Would recommend anyone to stay.

I went with my family, we stayed 1 night and the experience was very good. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very varied. It really is a good place if you want to stay in a good place.
