Receptionist was helpful in obtaining us the proper room.
The Dining Room was awesome. Good food at good prices.
Very disappointed that the Pool was "Closed"
Chemicals for pool were at high levels.
Overall our 3 night stay was comfortable!

Not much to like- pool not open, elevator broken on the day we left, room not as advertiser i.e. "wall to wall carpet" was laminate flooring. A run of the mill experience.

On atrival, I had to stand at reception for 10-15 minutes waiting to get chevked in. Because the gentleman was on the phone. After ending his conversation, he did not apologize for the long wait.
I had a lot of issues with accessing my room. On multiple times I had to fo to the front desk to reactivate my keys.
I had a family emergency on the second day and had to leave early. The same gentleman charged me for leaving early.

Overall it was perfectly fine. However the room I had the bed was way past its prime and needed to be replaced. The layout of the room I had was odd with a very small tv very far away. After a long day of travelling these things are actually important to some.

The breakfast was not good. No variation exactly the same food each day and it was very cold. If you wanted it hot you had to microwave yourself.
