The hotel was very clean. The staff at the front desk weren’t overly friendly. But not rude.

We stayed two nights in Pembroke, and our first night we decided to go with the cheapest option. After a terrible first night we booked a room at the Comfort Inn for our second night and it was like a dream! The rooms were extraordinarily clean and quiet, the staff was incredibly friendly, and there was a delicious breakfast in the morning. Will absolutely be staying here again!

I'm fussy about a clean room. I don't care as much about style or decor if a room is clean, I'm happy. This Comfort Inn was nice and clean.

It was ok for the best parts except the bathtub plugged upafter one shower and they had told me the cost was supposed to be $149..00 and i ended up paying 179.00 so for that reason I will not go back

The air conditioning unit in our room was one of the quietest units we have experienced in our travels. We were very happy with cleanliness in our room and in the hallways.

The evening staff went above and beyond for my family. They never hesitated to help us solve any issues that arose. Very clean room and slept well.
The only issue was lack of seating for the breakfast portion of our stay. However this was more because of the other guests staying seated long after they were finished their meal, and not staff managing the breakfast.
