Stay away! We stayed on the 2nd floor. My 2 year old son fell through the banister which had no spridles. Luckily he got wedged between the banister and wall upside down. If he had fallen further up he would have probably not walked away from this. My son has a swollen face and black eye. Spoke to Steve he apologised and said he would sort this out. Thought he'd come and see us this morning but No phone call or even a text.

Great central location 1.4 miles from the stunning Pembrokeshire Castle, I’m here for work so it has free parking, comfy double bed, tv , priceless fridge (I could cool my drinks ), microwave, kettle, closet, private bathroom next to room with great water pressure shower , WiFi was working and at 9 pm fell down (hence 4 out of 5 review), very friendly staff and great price!
