Amalia hotels are great. I stayed at the one in Athens as well and they do not disappoint. Hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast choices were great and lots to choose from. Dining area is beautiful. We did not get to use the pool as it was closed due to the season but looked beautiful. You do need a car to get to the city center. Farm areas around the hotel look great.

Lovely spacious hotel. There two coach parties staying when we there but still lots of room for everyone.
Rooms are lovely, stunning setting and nice buffet breakfast. Hotel is not state of the art modern but is quietly elegant.
The only problem we had is that my son left behind his favourite swimming shorts and beach towel drying outside his room. When I phoned the following day we were told that they hadn’t been found although he knew he left them there.

What a wonderful place to stay. We really liked the staff, the food, the pool and the surroundings. Totally great.
Breakfast was wonderful with so many things to pick from, and the dinners were excellent as well. Great Job!!

I don't understand any of the bad reviews. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet had plenty of different things to choose from. We also enjoyed a nice lunch and dinner there. I would definitely choose this Hotel again.
