Truly historic and amazing hotel and property in Varanasi. We stayed as part of a 16 days India trip and had absolutely first class experience. The Palace has a lot of history, food is excellent and we got a lot of personal service (but I think everybody get that), anything could be accommodate. Anuradha was unforgettable and if she ever moved to a Motel 6 we would go there as she made all the difference for us and we could see that she took pride and joy in making sure our stay was the best it could be. If we ever go back to Varanasi, and we might, this will be the place for us to stay.

Varanasi in itself was an unforgettable experience but staying at the Nadesar Palace made it a tru once in a lifetime experience. Nothing was too much and everything was made possible. The staff were all outstanding and this customer service on another level… Apologies if we didn’t get everyone’s names but we want to give a special shout out to: Navneet Anuradha Sumit - the food was OUTSTANDING Shubham Alok But everyone we interacted with was amazing. Thank you for creating an unforgettable memory.

Amazing experience of next level hospitality by the staff and F&B staff Navneet Bhardwaj was feeding us personally which was amazing and packed food also on the way. Subhash Maurya also catered us amazingly . The person who brought in our nightly foot baths was so warm and humble .His name was Alok. Utkarsh and Seema also served us well

It was a great experience at Taj Nadesar Palace . They properly crafted everything for our special occasion and made it more beautiful . Shubham Tiwari and chef Brijesh Patel helped us in selecting our menu and it was perfect for the occasion .

Hospitality was excellent. All the staff of the hotel were very much involved in making their guests comfortable. The dining experience was one of a kind, thanks to Mr Shubham at the restaurant.The staff at the palace made us feel like the Royal family and took care of us with utmost warmth.

Excellent experience. Rooms were beautiful and clean, food was really good and the staff were magnificent. Specially shubham, he was not only polite but also friendly, efficient and it has been a pleasure to meet him. I will definitely recommend this hotel thanks to him. Overall an awesome experience
