Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. But for the rooms , there was still food left from previous guests and inside cupboards were filthy .

Very quiet, very clean, tons of space in the parking lot even with the evacuation of half the NWT making everywhere busy. Check in was perfect and the staff were friendly. Top notch.

We have stayed at this property previously, and have always had great service. This evening we arrived from Yellowknife which is currently under evacuation due to the wildfires. I didn’t make it through the lobby, with my 2 dogs that have been driving for 13 hours, and was told by the front desk clerk, that this wasn’t a pet friendly hotel, despite having our pets stay here before….it was then suggested that I would have to book a second room, because the pet limit is 2 per room…I also have my cat. We are beyond exhausted, and it was very disappointing to be haggled like this given our current situation. While your hotel is lovely, some human compassion goes a long way. In the end I was called and told I could have my 3 very distressed animals in one room, and reminded of a pet fee. A very poor welcome, for us and our fur babies…..very disappointing.

We are evacuees from Hay River and the staff had our rooms and keys ready in our arrival. They were courteous and very helpful.

Nice king size bed. We had a whirlpool tub in our room, a little confusing to get it started but just needed more water. Did not get our room made up even though we put the card on the door.😒

I was really pleased with the kindness and service of the staff. I also enjoyed that the hotel was quiet. My only issue was with cleanliness. The night stands looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, dusting or sanitizing and I found someone’s nail clippers on the floor leading me to believe it hadn’t been vacuumed.
