Where to start. First of all not posh or hard to please on holiday don't complain but if I can help one person have a better holiday elsewhere. We booked for a break thinking 5 star be good. Location bad food my god same food every day. No toaster serious you have to ask for knife and fork. Also advertised free wi fi you have to pay. Indoor pool advertised nope part of turkish massage so you can't use. Only Tuborg beer no efes. In your room no mini bar just water. Staff so lazy young kids you move a chair dirt everywhere. I have been 5 star even 3 star in Turkey so much better.

I have just returned from a 2 week stay here, hotel is lovely, room is lovely do suggest you get a standard room and not economy room best decision we made, pool is very clean hotel staff are lovely quite a few of them don’t understand much English but you can muddle through fine enough, now the food… breakfast is great pancakes eggs etc we didn’t go to the buffet restaurant for lunch only snack bar so can’t comment but snack bar is what it is snack food but all great! Now for evening meal they most definitely do cater more for other nationalities but why wouldn’t you if that’s the main custom but it can be very hit and miss but more days good the bad we ended up just skipping the bad nights and going for a McDonald’s or Burger King but it definitely isn’t the food you’d expect for a so called 5* maybe other nationalities believe it is but not our standards, Drinks and cocktails are a great selection especially the pina colada and mojito I would suggest if you wish to go to a supermarket don’t use the one in the hotel very overpriced plus they just charge what the feel like there and then just go for a wonder out the hotel and use a local supermarket just not the one next door as there just as bad as belong to hotel next door! . About 90% that stay here are mainly Russian and they can sometimes be very rude especially when it comes to food time no please and thank you, push in and just treat the chefs and waiters like rubbish the first week we stayed I was shocked it was like they’ve never eaten before and eat cause it’s there and paid for!! breakfast at 7, ice cream at 10, snack bar at 11, main restaurant at 12:30, snack bar again at 2 then cake at 4 then tea at 7 (second week when more people came and went wasn’t so bad) but also the amount of fruit and cakes that get taken back to the rooms or shoved in carrier bags (even though there are signs forbidding that you take food out the restaurant) I suggest if you do eat the evening meal you either wait until most people have eaten and go for diner at around 7:30-8 still the same amount of food there just less busy or get down around 6:45 and get in before they have the chance, this hotel is very kid friendly play area, kids club etc but not many kids seem to use it second week not so bad but first week they just caused mayhem and havoc around the hotel with no parents in site I felt very sorry for the hotel staff having to clear up after them and not able to say a word they were definitely brought up without knowing what manners are chucking water out the fridges on the floor like water bombs in the bar areas and on people sitting having drinks no parents in sight poor staff have to clear it up, running around snack bars with plates scooping up chips with hands (maybe our first week was cheaper for some other countries as second week more behaved) I also suggest you go breakfast early to before they can get there hands on the muffins and pastries hands used only don’t bother with tongues or pl

Hi. Very diverse and tasty food. Choice of meat and cooked vegetables, salads, cakes - huge. We like such flavors. Snacks by the beach, pastry shop cool. Animation for children interesting, although mainly in Russian, but there was also a Polish-speaking animator. Hardly surprising since the guests are mainly citizens of the russian federation. Sporadically Poles, Germans, Czechs. Quite damaged floors in the rooms, rooms a little damaged by guests. Cleaned daily. Nice beach bar, deck chairs, umbrellas, own passage to the guarded beach, lifeguard and guard. Staff friendly and tries to diversify the time for guests. Numerous events. We were satisfied. the hotel is like a small town, everything is at hand. very extensive program, daily performances and classes. I missed people who could understand Polish or more communicative English, everyone spoke Russian, but what bothered me the most was the Russian language in evening activities for children and fairy tales because my daughter, unfortunately, didn't understand anything. The downside was also the cleanliness of the room, the pillows were arranged every day, the garbage was taken away, but there was a lot of dust falling out from under the bed. Despite a few things that need improvement, the place itself is nice and I think I can recommend it :)

The staff here are great! Lots of food choices. The entertainment staff are amazing and engaging! The kitchen staff helped me find gluten free foods. The rooms are not the newest but are clean. Lots of things for children to do also. Internet has to be bought, but is pretty unstable

Hotel was not a 5 star it was 2 star at best, rooms where not clean and very basic None of the staff could speak English My daughter hurt her head, a large egg and bruising she is 4 and she was screaming! I thought she had broke her eye socket, I asked for first aid no one able to help, I asked for ice no one able to help, I asked for a doctor and no one understand me. Luckily I was able to get some cold water packets out of fridge and cold compress as I am a nurse. But she required first aid. Entertainment in Russian all music in Russian kids club in Russian The children where unable to attend kids club or join in any games throughout the day and at night children where very upset and felt very uncomfortable and anxious. They were watching kids playing games but unable to join in as they were in Russian the instructions and my children did not know the games so had to just watch others have fun. One woman started shouting at me and the children in Russian and then continued to get staff and then staff were unable to help as they didn’t speak English, Russian woman then went around everyone sat near us telling them pointing at us shouting. We had no idea what was going off ! It was very scary. So we ended up leaving the pool area and going back to the room. Everything was cash only, no atm on hotel ground, no one able to tell me where one was, WiFi was not free and 2 euro a day for 5 of us I ended up paying £50 euro in English money. Attempted to leave the hotel grounds to find an atm and nothing around but waste land no shops no atm very very poor! Did not feel safe at all. Food was awful ! Had to wait 15 minutes for a table as no space for us, and no one liked any of the food. Cold and muck all up walls very out dated decor. We ended up leaving this hotel as it was that poor ! I can honestly say holiday from hell! I ended up after 2 nights booking a car hire for and another hotel 2 hours away and stayed there for the rest of our holiday. This new hotel was a 5 star and the difference is unbelievable. We are leaving today and wish we would have booked the second hotel in the first place. The hotel we booked originally should Znot be advertised as a 5 star hotel and it should not be advertised to English people as they are not catered to at all!

the hotel is of a very decent standard, the cuisine is delicious, including the changing culinary evenings, and we would especially like to thank Umut who always made sure that we didn't miss out on anything during meals!!! the only minus is a large number of Russians in the hotel behaving as if everything belonged to them... unfortunately, the animations are only also in Russian... minus.

There was a good time here, i have lot of fun there and we meet Diane, he is a nice guy show us a lot things there, food was very good, people was nice, and drinks in bar was nice too. Wheater is good here in May something like 25 deegrees. If u want to spend nice time there there is a nice place

Good hotel, unfortunately staff doesn't know any languages beside Turkish and Russian, the only person that saved the communication issues was Dariia from animators team, she helped us with vast majority of issues there. Despite of that, good experience, I can recommend
