My recent stay at The Alpine Resort was not just decent; it was exceptional, thanks in large part to the manager both sales and property management who make our group trip memorable. The night view of the valley from both the balcony and the terrace restaurant was nothing short of magnificent. It created a breathtaking backdrop for our evenings at the resort. The snacks served were not only delicious but also a delightful addition to our stay. I should note that the swimming pool, while not a rooftop pool as I initially thought, is located at a hilltop outdoor area, just a short 5-minute walk away from the main property. This unique setup adds a touch of adventure to the stay, and the surrounding outdoor games offered extra entertainment, as the staff had mentioned during the booking process. Overall, our group had an enjoyable and unforgettable experience at The Alpine Resort. We cherished the beautiful views, relished the snacks, and made the most of the unique hilltop pool and outdoor activities. This resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, and we can't wait to return for another enjoyable stay.

Best staying places I've ever been to , An amazing place to stay if you are planning visit to Lansdowne. The following things l Loved the most about Hotel Green Palms: 1) Amazing Staff ( Real Gentlemen are serving there :) ) 2) Food is Licious Delicious , gotta mention their Chef Special Panner Snacks (Lovely) 3) Rooms are very good , as good as mentioned in their website. 4) Transportation facility is also available. 5) Valley view is amazing from the Hotel. My overall experience was fantabulous , surely planning my next Trip here. 100/100 :)

ผผู้เข้าพักIt was an awesome holiday managed by mr rajendra from reaching to resort to smooth check in. Every-time whenever you request something they do the best to make the required item available, delicious food- order anything and you won't be regretting, great location and variety views from the resort and just beside the corbett park, services provided were so good that if you need anything they are just a call away. Saurab who served us during the stay did a great job and took notice of things from water to everything that we are not short of it. Really felt so great for being there for 2 days. The walk around the resort by mr. Rajendra and gave us his whole of time to explore, sunset and sunrise points at the top hill. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Special thanks to mr. Rajendra and saurabh for the great hospitality which i think is being missed mostly. Really looking forward to visit again. Thanks a lot for making the trip a memorable one.

we visited the property on 13th june 2024. Booked 3 rooms for 2 days but stayed only for a day. The property is very good and beautifully maintained. The staff is very polite and courteous especially Mr. Suresh, Ashish and The Bartending staff. The food is also very good especially the North Indian Cuisine. Now comes the main issues with the property. We choose river view cottages but the the river had no water. It was completely dried up and when the wind was blowing all the sand and dust were coming into the resort. On the part which they call mountain view construction is going on which again ruins the view for which the money is spent. There are frequent power cuts and they take atleast 10 minutes for the power backup to kick in leaving you in hot weather till that time. When we complained about the dried up river they said it was seasonal. when we asked them why they have not conveyed the same over the phone when we were booking they said what's there to tell about this. we asked them then what is the meaning of river view cottages then . for this they had no answer. also the msitake we did was to opt for package including dinner. the spread is very less as compared to any other resort of the same category. Overall if you are going for good views you can clearly skip this place at this time of the season. Everything else is superb .

I had a deep tissue massage with Neela and it was fantastic. When they say fully body they really mean it! Neela adjusted the pressure to my requirements and I really appreciated this. Not too hard as has been the case elsewhere. Clean and safe environment. Recommend!
