CP Hotel is well hygiene mentioned, room service is excellent, all staffs are very caring, cooperative, good behavior, about restaurant foods are very tasty, and well hygiene. Housing staffs are doing their good jobs specially Khushboo and teams.

Room service is very good and very well mannered staffs. Khusbu, one of the staff is so well trained and professional in her work. Thanks to her we get everything in time. Highly recommended to stay in CP palace of patna. Good location and good food.

The hotel is quite good,the hospitality is indeed on top, however I found some off points too, delay in the Housekeeping and IRD services. I found dirt and dust in the room ventilation on the entering point. And I'd recommend you to convey your hotel policies regarding the food items, it is not acceptable upon entering and a Front office personnel keeps looking and tries to put their eyes on your package, a little bit unprofessional. Closing this statement on a happy note.

It was one of the best experience staying in hotel CP palace . All staff were very very polite and helpful. and we enjoyed the delicious food . specially, i would like to mention mr Narendra from front desk co operated and was ready serve us . We would like to re visit again and again

Had a great experience while our stay in Hotel CP Palace. Very cooperative staffs, Cozy and clean room, Great food at the roof top restaurant, Excellent warm ambience and overall Great customer service specially by Mr. Randhir at the restaurant .. Keep up the good work.

Rooms are well maintained, hygiene and proper arrangement. Housing staffs are well disciplined, oriented, obedient, quick response, good behaviour and active on their job. Specially Khushboo Di and Susmita Di. Both of them behaviour and services are really excellent.
