เราพักที่นี่แม้ว่าจะมีงานแต่งงานในโรงแรมอื่น โรงแรมที่ดีมีพื้นที่จอดรถมากมายด้านหน้า ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่พร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกทั้งหมด ไม่มีเสียงรบกวน ห้องน้ํามีขนาดใหญ่พร้อมเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ําและเครื่องเป่าผม พนักงานสุภาพและเป็นมิตร เช็คอินราบรื่น

Room was ok, not that good, floor was dusty, had to request for towels. Did bot provide even drinking water, even after asking. Poor bed, poor washroom interiors. Cockroaches, running in the bathroom. Just had to spend the night, did not have the option to cancel due to booking same day. If i had the option, i would have cancel-led it.

The rooms have good interiors Little pricey from others in the area but worth the price because they offer 24x7 room service and food. Worth the price.. I was a single guest and the room rent charged from me was 1200. I stayed in Room No. 102

Pre Covid...i have stayed in AK Suites at least 4 times, once for 10 days at a time and I loved the place and their hospitality. Hence it was one hotel that felt like home in Patiala. Post Covid I moved to Patiala and never had the opportunity to stay there again. On 31st Aug...I wanted to celebrate a very special day for a friend plus wanted to stay the night for old times sake.  After check in...as i mentioned it was a very important day for us and we wanted to surprise a good friend so a few of friends (all medicos) came in for the surprise.  Immediately i got a call from the reception that visitors not allowed. Since the friend whom we wanted to surprise was on her way...i requested the receptionist to give me 15 mins...we will surprise wish my friend and all will leave immediately. She was rude and again asked all visitors to leave. We were desperate as our friend was just 5 mins away and we had no time to change the venue so I ran down to 2nd floor reception and again requested her to give us 15 mins...the moment we all wish our friend...all will leave. She was adamant despite assurance that we will not make any sound or create confusion.  All we needed was 15 mins. In desperation I asked her to call the manager while I rushed back to the room as our friend was almost there.  As soon as we finished surprising our friend and wished her...the manager came up to the room and was equally rude. Since we had finished our surprise...i told him that all will leave in 10 mins. He got even more ruder , looked at his watch and told me you have 7 mins to leave as if he was talking to a beggar.  Yes, on technical grouds...they were right but I have never been more embarrassed and humiliated.  I had told my friends that I will book AK Suites for this special day and Ak suites ruined it for me. All my friends were planning to come back in the evening and have dinner on rooftop but after this incident they refused to come back.  I am 52 years old and have traveled good part of the world to the world's finest hotels but never have I have ever been humiliated like this.  I again repeat...according to the rules they were correct but service industry is more than following rules...its about keeping customer's happy and all I had asked (almost begged) was for 15-20 mins for my friends to be in my room.  Congrats AK suites...you won on technical ground but lost your goodwill and respect. Not to mention years of business these medico would have given you.

It was good staying over there, but when i was checking in the hotel, there were so many issues with rooms like toilet auro bed not clean also tv. Cable not worked, but after talk to with customer care of mmt, all issues were resolved. And stay becomes comfortable. So overall, nice experience. Thanks mm t team

No doubt rooms are spacious and beds are good but they are not paying much attention to maintenance of rooms. No remote for air conditioner was present in room and upon requesting two three times they sent a remote but no displays on ac and no change in speed of fan and temperature could be appreciated. No facility for hot and cold water in the washroom. Control of all lights were from a single switch. So if you want dim light you have to switch on the lights of the washroom. Also, they have very limited menu items available after 9 pm. So if they are charging around rupees 2500 they need to improve a bit.
