As informações da reserva como tipo de quarto, café da manhã já pago e divisao de camas, gente despreparada para atendimento. E uma espera muito longa para entrar ao quarto. As pessoas precisam entender q chegamos de viagem e estamos cansados. No mesmo hotel dias atrás em Campo Grande MS fui super bem atendido.

Os quartos são os padrões do íbis, limpos e confortáveis, porém nesta estadia ficamos em um quarto onde o banheiro estava com cheiro ruim, os vaso semi entupido, a descarga não funcionava bem, não tinha os sabonetes no banheiro e também além de não ter janelas a ventilação não estava funcionando, o que acaba sendo um problema pois para arejar tem que deixar a porta para o quarto aberta o que acaba trazendo cheiro ruim!

ótima localização no centro, atendimento excelente dos funcionários, só a título de sugestão, poderiam ter um funcionário exclusivo para o bar até a meia noite, evitando que o atendente do balcao tambem tenha que atender o bar, deixando os hospedes esperando.
