Very spacious and modern rooms, very cool design of public areas and rooms! Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communication with the hotel twice. First, we wanted to learn more about parking and hotel put us on 10 minutes hold and after that they did not pick up the call for more than an hour! Maybe they are busy, but still leaves an impression. Secondly, we called at the reception to ask about the places open for a beer or wine and they simply hang up on us twice. Moreover, there was something with the lock- we could not leave the room without asking for help outside. I’m glad we were not in the rush in the morning. Not sure why is that so haha! Generally great area in the city center and pretty design!

I thought the bed was super comfortable. The decorations were entertaining. The service was good. They have a pass available for the UofM health club. I swam in two different pools. The coffee shop and the cozy lobby are wonderful.

โรงแรมที่ดูทันสมัย แต่ไม่มีแม้แต่น้ําดื่ม ไม่มีอะไรในห้องสําหรับเครื่องดื่มเลย แนวทางมินิมอลเล็กน้อย ไม่มีอาหารยกเว้นพิซซ่าแช่แข็งสองประเภท ยังมีระบบแอร์ที่ดังมากที่วิ่งผ่านทั่วทั้งสถานที่รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บนเรือและเสียงดังมากในตอนกลางคืนฉันมีปัญหาในการนอนหลับ

มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ใกล้โรงแรม Trader Joe's ซึ่งสะดวกมากสําหรับการซื้อและกิน มีสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ใกล้ๆ คุณสามารถขึ้นรถไฟใต้ดินจากสนามบินไปยังโรงแรมได้โดยตรงและการจราจรก็สะดวกมาก พนักงานให้การต้อนรับดีมาก การเช็คอินราบรื่นมาก เตียงนอนนุ่มและแข็งปานกลาง นอนหลับสบายและเงียบสงบ

Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!

The hotel is close to the Target Center (10 minutes by foot - good option for a Timberwolves game). The room is Spacious.., with a comfortable king bed and a good shower as well. The breakfast is fair…, American standard..! I’d stay again..!!

アーリーチェックインが9:00からだったので朝早くの飛行機到着には大変良かった。 ダウンタウンの中心地だったのでNBAの会場も歩けるので良かった。 朝食付ではあったが、日本のバイキングを想像すると品数は少ない。 しかしパンも焼けるグリルがあるし、フルーツもあったので良かった。 部屋も広くてTVも2台あったので良かった。 1つ残念な事は、泊まった日は、子供たちのスポーツ関係の宿泊が多かったからなのか、周りの部屋のはしゃぐ足音が来こえてたので夜は気になった。

Hotel is in good location, close to the university. Metro station just next to the hotel that very convrnience to go to downtown, mall of Amercia, etc. Hotel room is a little bit old, but clean. Breakfast is basic and sufficient choice. Service is amercia standard, that can't compare to Asian style, such as Japan, Hong Hong, Thailand, etc.
