Excellent hotel and very central. On site car park. Very nice restaurant with sea view. 4* quality. We did not eat dinner at the restaurant but menu looks good. Rooms were high quality and it is a proper hotel Would like to try the restaurant next time.

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

Расположен для нас очень удачно: 2 км от аэропорта прошли пешком запросто, местность красивая, через университет. До автовокзала, откуда мы уезжали дальше, тоже столько же. До центра далековато, мы ходили пешком 40 минут. При этом хороший район с точки зрения заведений, через два дома супермаркет А101, рядом много кебабных. Номер типа апартов, есть чайник, холодильник, раковина, но посуды нет вообще. Уборки тоже, хотя жили 4 дня. Проверьте холодильник, у нас уборщица его выключила, он разморозился и придя в номер, обнаружили огромную лужу, пришлось звать ту же уборщицу все это вытирать. Хорошие вместительные шкафы. В первый день положили чай, кофе, потом уже не клали, но те же чай, кофе и воду можно взять на завтраке. Завтраки с 8, неплохие: колбаса, картошка, яйца вареные, нарезка огурцов, помидоров, колбасы, сыра, есть пахлава. Оливки, маслины, масло, варенье. В будни если очень нужно поесть заранее, то мы приходили в 7.50 и еда уже есть. В воскресенье повара не было, накрывала уборщица, к сожалению, она еду носила до 8.30, пришлось ждать. Отель понравился, могу рекомендовать.

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Genel olarak konaklamam oldukça keyifliydi. Otelin konumu havaalanına yakın ve şehir merkezine (Meydan’a) taksiyle ulaşım çok kısa sürüyor; üstelik taksi ücretleri de ***et makul. Yürümek isterseniz yaklaşık bir saat sürüyor ki bu da ***et yapılabilir bir mesafe. Odam temizdi ve manzarası çok güzeldi, hatta nezaket gösterip oda tipimi yükselttiler (upgrade yaptılar). Ancak bir noktaya değinmem gerekiyor: Personelin büyük çoğunluğu güler yüzlü olsa da, bir çalışan sadece dış görünüşüm farklı olduğu için beni hedef alıp gereksiz sorularıyla beni oldukça darladı. Bu tavrın yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorum ve dürüst olmak gerekirse bu durum, lobiye her gidişimde kendimi huzursuz ve gergin hissetmeme neden oldu. Özetle; bu tatsız deneyim dışında konaklamam ***et iyiydi ve otelin konumu büyük bir avantaj.

It was a little bit far from center of Trabzon but services we get were amazing and satisfactory. It was located nearby industrial zone and it was safe also night. Maybe some renovations needed for rooms. Bed and most of the items were clean overall. You can also take a tour offer from reception. I joines Sümela Monastery and Hamsiköy tour and tried sutlage. Price of tour was good but maybe duration for destinations might be increased. There are restaurants nearby and I can recommend patesserie and Terminal Restaurant to try pidas with minced beef and cheese. Free breakfast was delicious as well.

Very good hotel clean and The staff are very helpful. I recommend staying there; it's in a good location.

It was very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, few teething issue in toilet and bathroom which can be easily fixed. Very professional staff esp the kind kitchen ladies as they made us special breakfast one day when we did miss the deadline time of 11am. They are very hard working esp Beyzarun and Tunisian receptionist. Hotel is right in front of trabzon bus terminal and minibus is also easily located right in front of hotel. Overall very happy with our stay and would book again if travel to that city.

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.
