This is a great place to stay if you are having a child-focused holiday. Its also a cool place for adults too. The bunk beds are great. The rooms are dark at night which is great because the sun never goes down in the summer. The breakfast was amazing—one of the best breakfasts I've had anywhere in the world. The bathrooms are spacious. The hotel is really new. The attention to detail in all aspects of decor and thoughtfulness of what makes a good customer experience have been considered. It connects to the theme park which is easy and great. The rooftop bar is cool. I would staff there again and recommend it to anyone. The only thing that could have been better would be a spot to drop luggage, there is no easy car access to the front door.

這次入住斯堪迪克皇冠酒店的體驗非常愉快！飯店的地理位置超級方便，就在中央車站旁邊，對於拖著行李的旅客來說簡直是福音。無論是要搭火車去機場，還是到市區的主要景點，步行都可以輕鬆到達。 大廳的設計充滿了北歐簡約風格，寬敞明亮，還有一個很 chill 的交誼空間。我們住的房間雖然不是特別大，但打掃得非常乾淨，床鋪軟硬適中，讓我一夜好眠。窗戶的隔音效果也不錯，雖然靠近車站但不會覺得吵雜。 如果你正在找一間交通方便、CP值高又舒適的飯店，斯堪迪克皇冠絕對是不錯的選擇！

I was staying on 8-9 september for 1 night. Facilities in the hotel are surprisingly good and the sauna was perfect. Room are nice and tidy. Toilets are a bit small but its clean and have everything you need. The breakfast have a wide range of selections with hot and cold plates. Specially appreciate Susanne, Iren & Andita showing us useful informations in the area by patiently answering our questions and showing exceptional Standard of customer service. Will be staying in the same hotel if I'm travelling to Sweden again.

โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่และสะอาด ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย บริกรมีความอบอุ่นและสุภาพ อาหารเช้ามากมาย สมบูรณ์แบบในทุกด้าน มีเพียงสิ่งเดียวที่ต้องปรับปรุง ห้องน้ำใช้รังสีอินฟราเรดเพื่อติดตามการเคลื่อนไหวของมนุษย์และเปิดไฟโดยอัตโนมัติ แต่การตั้งเวลาไม่สมเหตุสมผลนัก เวลาคนอาบน้ำก็จะปิดไฟเมื่อถึงเวลาทำให้ห้องอาบน้ำมืด ต้องกดเปิดฉากกั้นอาบน้ำแล้วโบกมือให้ไฟกลับมา ทำซ้ำขั้นตอนนี้สองหรือสามครั้งเพื่ออาบน้ำ

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม รถรับส่งสนามบินวิ่งตรงไปยังสถานีรถไฟ และระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ (รถประจำทางและรถราง) สะดวกมาก มีห้างสรรพสินค้าอยู่ชั้นล่างและร้านอาหารมากมายอยู่ใกล้ๆ เราไปพักในช่วงเทศกาลวัฒนธรรมโกเธนเบิร์กพอดี จึงคึกคักมาก สิ่งหนึ่งที่ควรทราบคือ การทำความสะอาดห้องต้องจองล่วงหน้าหนึ่งวันผ่านรหัส QR ซึ่งค่อนข้างไม่สะดวก เราพักสี่คืน และในวันที่สอง เราแจ้งด้วยวาจาว่าห้องยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด ในวันที่สาม เราสามารถจองได้เฉพาะคืนที่สี่ผ่านรหัส QR เท่านั้น ในวันที่สี่ พนักงานเข้ามาในห้อง แต่เพื่อนร่วมงานของเรากำลังทำงานอยู่และปิดประตูแล้วก็ออกไป ห้องจึงยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด! โรงแรมดูเหมือนจะเก่าไปหน่อย พรมในลิฟต์มีกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์ เราเช็คเอาท์เวลา 2:45 น. ในวันสุดท้าย เราแจ้งแผนกต้อนรับล่วงหน้า และพวกเขาก็จัดอาหารเช้าให้ก่อนเวลา ซึ่งดีมาก! โดยรวมแล้วก็โอเค

Tyvärr började vistelsen med en chock. Vi hade bokat ett rum för 3. Men rummet var bara fixat för 2. Inga sängkläder eller handdukar till den tredje personen. När vi började bädda ut bäddsoffan dök två silverfiskar upp. Inte så trevligt, men jag gick till receptionen och de städade om rummet, fixade bäddsoffan och handdukar. Som kompensation fick jag ett presentkort på en övernattning på valfritt hotell inom ett år.

We arrived at 7:30 pm and were told we got a room “upgrade”. The room was small so we really wondered what the “original” room looked like. The bed had stains on the cover that was laid under the mattress which didn’t look good. We went down to the lobby and found nobody present. We moved on to the restaurant, it was 8 pm. Half full and we were met with the wonderful advise that they were closed for service. This was Friday May 16th and the menu board was still at the entrance door to the restaurant. We went back to the reception and queried why the restaurant was not serving dinner at 8 pm on a Friday. The receptionist looked dumbfounded and told us it usually serves dinner at least until 9 pm but she took no action to assist us except to say we could walk fir 15 minutes to the Aveny, a street with lots of restaurants but could not suggest any close by. We ended up going to, as it happened, a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Le Pigalle on the top floor of, we guess, a competing hotel. Fabulous meal in a restaurant that knew how to treat their guests. In short we have regretfully no positive things to say about the ProfilHotels Opera in Gothenburg. Gothenburg was fantastic but when we return we will definitely not book at the Opera which is overpriced for the standard and service they offer. Total waste of money at this venue. Regretfully we did not bother to take any pictures of the place as it is nothing we wish to remember about it.

It’s my second time staying at the hotel. The Hotel located in a very convenient location, has a secure underground car park. Services is Very Good , staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The prices are very reasonable. Many Thanks for help and efforts Bishoy Obaid

Breakfast: buffet style, rather limited options compared to some other hotels but it’s still good for its price. Room: Spacious enough for 2 people, we can lay down and open 2 suitcases simultaneously at ease. Hair dryer provided. There were some weird red stains on the jacuzzi (we weren’t going to use that anyway) so the room doesn’t seemed to be cleaned properly. Moreover, the bathroom drain was clogged and the water was close to flowing out of the bathroom, we told the reception and we got to change to another room. The second room was ok.
