The hotel is incredibly cozy and comfortable, and you couldn't ask for a better location, it is right in the city centre with everything just a short walk away. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was modern, immaculately clean, and provided a high level of comfort. The cleaning staff excelled, delivering service that surpassed expectations. Overall, the experience was positive. However, it would have been beneficial to be informed in advance that the check-in office is located offsite, requiring approximately a 4 minute drive from the main premises. This information would have streamlined the arrival process.

Reception was very friendly. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there is no breakfast included here sadly. There do have a gym thou in this place. Gym was equipped sufficient to work out basics stuff. Room wise its clean and huge, kept good and maintenance well. Parking was also convenient to get to room and its near. Generally hotel is a little age and might be nice to get an upgrade.

This was our second stay at Hygate. It's in a great location close to the city. The units are quite spacious, beds are really comfortable and everything else we needed was provided.

The hotel is about 2.5km from the Hamilton train station. We took a taxi from the train station, and the driver charged us NZD25. My booking confirmation said that the check out time was 11:00, but the hotel insisted it should be 10:00 which is fine. The booking confirmation clearly say that breakfast was free, but the hotel tried to charge 13 pp. Hamilton is a nice place which is close to Waitomo and Hobbiton.

The rooms were excellent, comfy bed, had everything we needed receptionist was friendly and helpful, excellent value for money, will be back to stay next time we are passing through.

สะอาดและไม่เก่าเกินไปภายในห้อง เตียงที่มีเสียงดังมากจนสามารถนั่งได้ ตื่นขึ้นมาตอน 7.00 น. โดยมีเสียงบี๊บ/สัญญาณเตือนต่อเนื่องสองครั้ง เสียงดังกว่าอีกเสียงหนึ่ง เสียงที่ดังกว่าหยุดแต่เสียงที่เงียบกว่าดังต่อไป การกระแทกเกิดขึ้นที่ปลายห้องโถงหรือด้านล่างเรา ดังมาก และจะเท่ากันในแต่ละครั้ง! ที่จอดรถด้านหลังโรงแรมมีจำกัดมาก - ผิดหวังมากฉันได้รับแจ้งว่าจอดรถฟรี ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุที่ฉันจองไว้ จากนั้นกลับพบว่าไม่มีที่ว่างและต้องจ่ายค่าจอดรถริมถนนทั้งคืน

เมื่อฉันมาถึงโมเต็ลฉันพบว่าเมื่อฉันทําการจองฉันควรสังเกตว่าไม่มีแผนกต้อนรับในสถานที่ เมื่อฉันโทรไปที่เว็บไซต์ที่ได้รับการรับรองการโทรไม่เป็นมิตร ฉันใช้ Uber เพื่อรับกุญแจ และทันทีที่ฉัน เปิดประตูห้องของฉันห้อง 9 l ผิด ดูเหมือนว่าไม่มีการดูแลทําความสะอาดก่อนย้ายเข้ามา ถังขยะเต็มไปด้วยขยะ ผ้าปูที่นอนไม่เปลี่ยน เครื่องดื่มเปล่าของแมคโดนัลด์สองแก้วริมอ่างล้างจาน สองถ้วยและช้อน ในอ่างดูรูป จากนั้นฉันก็ย้ายไปที่ห้อง 7 ซึ่งดูเหมือนจะสะอาด แต่ความไม่สะดวกนั้นทําให้ฉันโกรธ 😡

Facilities are all good and decent. Management staff were helpful with checkin process which is complex.  Motel itself doesnt have its own reception but checkin is at different motel which is 2-3 minutes away. The only disappointment we had in our stay was the cleaners turned up well before 10 am, knocked on door and straight away entered into room while we were in there to question when are we leaving. Very disappointed with this approach of cleaning staff and they should not walk into room at all without consent. Management needs to set some expectations with cleaners. Apart from that all good.

My stay at Alcamo Motel was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location is convenient, close to the city center of Hamilton, with plenty of parking available. However, the facilities felt a bit outdated, which was slightly disappointing. With some renovations, this place could definitely attract even more guests. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
