Clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. The homestay was very clean with fast WiFi, Astro, and convenient private parking. Host was friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommended for families.

De House Hotel is in a new good location facing waterfront with cafes and shops around, and easy 10min walk to Wisma Sanyan shopping mall, Sibu old town, Central Market & Sibu Night Market. Do note that there are no public buses in Sibu, so do walk/ Grab. Room is fairly clean with new sheets provided every 3 nights, and new towels provided everyday. However, towels & bath mats are grey and do not feel or smell very clean. If you are particular, bring your own. The aircon was dripping and left a huge puddle on the floor (under my luggage) but they changed the room for me immediately and issued me a hotel cafe drink voucher. Strong shower water pressure and firm bedding was my favourite part of the stay. Price is very reasonable and I would consider staying again. Recommended food around the area is Mami Sambal, Tea Alive, Joy food court, Yomie Yogurt, Little Penang and Outright Coffee.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a cozy queen-sized bed that made it easy to relax. I really enjoyed having a bathtub, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room was also equipped with a TV and air conditioning, both of which worked well and added to the comfort of the stay. One of the best parts was the convenient location—there were many shop lots and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and essentials. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Never expect it was so near to town area, can walk around in front of the hotel and the pasar malam just in front of the hotel, near to biggest market in Malaysia too

The hotel is a little bit old, but the bed is comfortable. The reception is very friendly. The breakfast choices were pretty similar every day but still acceptable. Need to collect parking coupon every day if you wanted to park for free.

Bau dalam bilik bau kepam, serta keadaan bilik okay tapi tingkap tak rata. Tambahan pula, bed sheet dengan comforter rasa tidak selesa sebab berbulu mungkin sebab dah lama bilik mandi dan tandas sempit sangat sempit. Overall, semua okay just mungkin take note untuk upgrade kan lagi keadaan hotel, boleh kekalkan vintage style tapi upgrade kan bau bilik, kebersihan, dan nampak kan lebih ceria.
