This was the best family room we’ve ever stayed in while visiting Johor Bahru! We even extended our stay for an extra day because our daughter had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. We chose the Mickey Mouse-themed room, and every corner was filled with lovely Mickey decorations. The attention to detail made the room feel magical for kids. The customer service was very responsive, and since we were driving, we found the location very convenient. The room was also quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The little games and welcome gifts prepared for the kids were incredibly cute and such a thoughtful touch! The only downside was the white slide. It was a little too steep, and even for adults, it wasn’t easy to climb up to the second level. We’ll definitely come back and try one of the other themed rooms next time. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable & Great Service I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area. The management service is unsatisfactory. I have stayed here several times and encountered various issues on every occasion. ✘ Check-in was delayed, yet we still waited over an hour to complete the procedure upon arrival. During the wait, we were even offered alternative rooms as our designated room was not ready. ✘ No check-in guidelines were sent by the management after booking. We only got informed at the security gate that entry permission could only be granted after receiving official notification from the management team. ✘ There were obvious hygiene problems in the room. A strong lingering cooking fume odour filled the space, and the floor was greasy. ✘ We can only contact the management via messages with no available phone calls. Their responses are always slow, leaving guests waiting uncertainly and putting us in a passive position. ✘ Refund was not processed promptly after check-out. No payment was received days later, and we had to take the initiative to follow up and claim the refund. Positive points： ✔ The security team maintains strict access control. ✔ The accommodation price is reasonable. *I only choose this place for its convenient location suitable for my business trips. Otherwise, the management needs substantial improvement.
