I had a very pleasant stay at Star Hotel Inn Alisa. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was very clean, well-ventilated, cool, and comfortable, with a warm and homely feeling.
The location is very convenient, with many food options nearby. There is a 99 Mini Market right next door, which is very helpful if you forget to bring any personal toiletries or daily necessities.
In the evening, the outdoor area is cool and breezy, making it a nice place to sit and relax. At night, the room was quiet and not affected by traffic noise, so I slept very well.
Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Muar, especially for short stays or visiting family.

ผผู้เข้าพักHidden gem in the center if Muar. Entrance is via a small road off the main street but signage is clear. Rooms are very small but ok for a short stay. Bathroom adequate size. Surroundings tranquil and relaxing. Lovely cafe on the premises. There is also a restaurant serving Malaysian and western food but did not try. We chose to stay here as they had EV chargers which are difficult to find in Muar. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel at a great price. Recommended.

DDavid LK WongUpon arrival, the reception desk Mr. Tan was polite and welcoming. Explained to us the food places in Muar with an informative map. Car parking is ample and secured. Had our late lunch at a specialty cendol & nasi lemak shop in the vicinity.

NNature Lover68Recently stayed at PPT Muar Hotel and chose their capsule pod. The pod was clean, quiet, and cozy — perfect for a simple yet comfortable night’s rest. The atmosphere was peaceful, allowing me to relax and recharge without disturbance.
The hotel also provides ample parking space, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, it’s a great choice for a budget-friendly and hassle-free stay in Muar.

ผผู้เข้าพักHotel room was generally good and clean. The main problem was the presence of mould on the grouting of the bath tub as well as the sink area. They just need to get rid of those with a grouting expert to touch up those areas. The groutings look very poorly made. The location is excellent and car park was fine. The blackout curtains were excellent. Mattress will need replacement soon as it was somewhat sunken. If they fix the mould issue and replace the mattres, I’ll have no problem to recommend the hotel
