ทำเลใกล้กับเปอร์มาสจายา ภายนอกโรงแรมเป็นปาซาร์มาลัม แต่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ขายชาวจีน มีผู้ขายมาเลย์เพียงไม่กี่ราย โรงแรมดีมากแผนกต้อนรับเป็นกันเอง👍 มีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่นั่นและได้รับการต้อนรับในห้องด้วยฮ่าฮ่า ทิปโรงแรม 5 ดาวชั้นนำ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็หลากหลายดีเกินไป จะกลับมาอีกครั้ง

เราจองห้องพรีเมียมคิงไซส์หนึ่งคืน ห้องพักสะอาดและมีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกพื้นฐาน เช่น รองเท้าแตะแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง เครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ํา ทีวี โต๊ะทํางานขนาดเล็ก โต๊ะรับประทานอาหาร / กาแฟสําหรับสองคน ตู้นิรภัย และตู้เย็นขนาดเล็ก นอกจากนี้ยังมีที่จอดรถมากมายนอกโรงแรม และร้านอาหารตะวันตกดีๆ ในระยะที่สามารถเดินไปถึงได้ การเช็คอินเวลา 15.00 น. และเช็คเอาท์เวลา 12.00 น. แผนกต้อนรับให้บริการ 24/7 และพนักงานก็เป็นมิตรและสามารถพูดได้ทั้งภาษามาเลย์และภาษาอังกฤษ ซึ่งทําให้การสื่อสารง่าย นอกจากนี้ยังมีการติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิดตามทางเดินด้านนอกห้อง อย่างไรก็ตามไม่มีไดร์เป่าผมให้ในห้อง ข้อเสียที่ใหญ่ที่สุดคือที่ตั้งของห้อง เราได้รับห้องสุดท้ายที่หันไปทางถนนสายหลักและมีเสียงดังมาก เราสามารถได้ยินเสียงรถและมอเตอร์ไซค์ที่ผ่านไปมาอย่างชัดเจนตลอดทั้งคืน ฉันทําได้แค่หลับไปประมาณ– 5 โมงเช้าเนื่องจากเสียงรบกวนอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยรวมแล้วห้องพักสะอาดและสะดวกสบายแต่เสียงถนนกระทบต่อการพักผ่อนของเราอย่างจริงจัง ถ้าเป็นคนนอนเบาแนะนําให้ขอห้องที่ห่างจากริมถนน

โรงแรมใหม่ราคาไม่แพงในเปอร์มาสจายา ใกล้กับภูเขาออสตินเช่นกัน นอกจากการเช็คอินที่ใช้เวลาสักพักเพราะพนักงานต้อนรับไม่ได้อยู่นานพอสมควร ที่เหลือก็โอเค เตียงนอนสบาย สะดวก และมีอาหารชั้นล่าง ที่จอดรถฟรี ตราบใดที่คุณแจ้งให้พนักงานต้อนรับทราบหมายเลขทะเบียนรถของคุณ ไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้อง มีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำและกาแฟ #ราคาไม่แพง #โรงแรม #เปอร์มาจายา #เมาท์ออสติน

Location was meh... kind of out of location to everything. Nothing much was walkable, all would be travel by car. The hotel location and entrance wasnt that perfect too its almost in the middle of traffic. But hotel looks great, bed was great too and staff services are trying to give in their best. It seems the staff are still not so well verse with the system (a new hotel i supposed?) took us about 30minutes just to check in and get through the procedure. The rest breakfast is impressive, huge crazy variation but quality wasnt there yet. can be improved... Facilities is impressive and the room space is insane... gonna say i love the spacy room and working table available. Hopefully things can improve for the better !! will still consider to be back again next round~

It is very clean and offers good service and amenities. Ventilation could be improved if the windows at both ends of the corridor were opened more frequently. It would also be even better if the room or bathroom had a small window facing the corridor

Spacious and nice room with strategic location. Close to Pasir Gudang centre and Johor Baru City centre. Close to eating/restaurant, just walking distance.

Convenient location with lots of eateries outlets nearby within walking distance.

This is my first time at Johor Baharu Masai area. I had booked this hotel for 1+1 day. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Rooms is clean and also with the washroom. Internet speed was fast and stable you can browse over Singapore channel as well thru the smart tv. For the price i booked under RM90, they still providing complimentary breakfast. They do seved fried noodles, fried rice, sausages some bread and coffee and juices. Location of the hotel was also very strategic, local banks, fast food chain and local coffee shop are just around the corner. I have a pleasant stay at this hotel and definately will return if i came down to Johor. By the way they also provide complimentary carpark space just infront of the hotel. Good Job for the hotel and staff.

They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos to Roen and Janet for elevating our experience and showing what genuine, empowered hospitality is all about!
