Casa Bianca Villa is in a quiet residential area guarded at night, giving a sense of safety. The room is spacious and clean, though some wear and tear like broken wallpaper is visible. The villa has two swimming pools, ideal for families to relax. With limited rooms, the place feels private and peaceful. A comfortable choice for a leisure stay. Good view of Gunung Lambak from swimming pool area.

The services were good. When we need can request for buggy services. In the room, the dustbin on the makeup counter is too small. Safety on mountain water swiming pool need to be enhanced. There is no sign on the depth of the pool, and no holding bar for elderly to hold on. Besides, there are too many staircase around, not friendly to older peoples.

Bedroom and toilet are clean, aircon is cool enough. No hair dryer in the room, need to request from reception. The receptionist is very helpful , try to search for available hair dryer and sent to room. A bit distance from the town area, but environment is quiet, if you prefer the hotel with quiet atmosphere, it suits! The bad is has no lift, need to climb staircase to 1st floor room, maybe not suit for family with old people.

First try for this hotel. 2-3mins walk to Kluang bus station. Booked 3 rooms for 4 person. Hotel room is spacious, but slightly dark even if all lights on. Comes with basic toiletries. Shower area does not have a small rack for bottles. Water temperature acceptable. Room have mouldy smell. Front office team is very helpful.

peace & quiet landed property. Easily feed 20 pax. Great communication with management.
