The sevice is nice and the hotel is clean and the room 08 has a balcony over the garden which is a nice view and the breakfast is nice and has plenty of options. and the restaurant has really good food but on the bit expensive side however, DO NOT BOOK if you want to use the free shuttle to the airport on SUNDAY. apparently it's the driver's day off. the sink leaks and it doesn't do its job properly. there weren't any towels until 19h

Sorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

Обслуживание - на высоте! Крайне приветливый персонал! Номер убирали даже 2 раза в день. При заезде дали бутылку воды и фрукты, очень приятно! Из минусов - странно как-то заерывалась дверца душа, но это мелочи. Завтрак хороший. Я так понимаю, можно было заказать омлет, но его не предлагали, надо было самим просить :) Вид из кафе чудесный! Из минусов - постоянный шум, особенно ночью. То люди шумят, то коты, то какие-то фестивали проводятся рядом и т.д. Слышно и соседей по комнате, и что в коридоре происходит. И надо иметь в виду, что отель фактически прилегает к территории мечети, так что вам придётся вставать в 5 утра :) Но само место крайне удачное - близко до всех основных достопримечательностей

Our first time in Morocco and this hotel, adjacent to a stunningly beautifully restored bullfighting complex now used for cultural events, was beautiful also and the staff are outstanding. Every request was greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate action. The hotel is only 1.5 years old and easily accessible from downtown, the walled markets and the airport. They have a restaurant open during business hours for guests and a breakfast buffet that was above and beyond.   No pool , but wifi was good and staff were attentive and helpful.  Would stay there again without question.

Very nice and welcoming service: front desk, cleaning staff, kitchen/restaurant, boys. We reached the hotel at 11.00 due to early flight- service made an exception and served us breakfast ”off record” after its serving time- big thank you! Even if check in was at 15.00 we could have entered the room at 13.00-nicely arranged. The hotel is clean and friendly with good access to the beach and marina. Highly recommended for a stay and breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly and courteous. The location was near the medina and walking distance to restaurants, the medina and kasbah. Beautiful terrace for a drink as well as a piano bar. They also let me see the room that Matisse used to stay in.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen mit einem mininalen Fußweg zur Medina. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aufgrund der niedrigen Belegung gab es statt dem Buffet ein festes Menü mit vielen Auswahloptionen als Abendessen. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass das Personal besser mit der Küche kommuniziert und erst den nächsten Gang bringt wenn der vorherige beendet wurde damit das Essen nicht kalt wird. Ansonsten kann ich es sehr empfehlen wenn man z.B. ein Übergangshotel benötigt bevor man weiterreist.

The location is excellent—quiet, away from the city’s noise, and offering a beautiful sea view that makes for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the young staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I would recommend this hotel to travelers across different budgets. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms rely on air conditioning for heating, which was not very comfortable. A proper heating system, such as external radiators, would greatly improve guest comfort. During my 9-night stay, this issue unfortunately contributed to me catching a cold. Additionally, installing bidets in the bathrooms would be a valuable upgrade, as this is an important feature many travelers appreciate but is currently missing. It is a relatively small investment that could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีมาก ห่างจากเมดินาเพียงไม่กี่ก้าว และมีวิวท่าเรือที่สวยงาม โรงแรมได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่และห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะดวกสบายพร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่ดี เช่น โต๊ะต่างๆ สําหรับวางกระเป๋า ตู้เสื้อผ้ากว้างขวาง และโต๊ะเล็ก ๆ ห้องน้ําค่อนข้างเก่าและบางสิ่งบางอย่างก็พังนิดหน่อย เช่น ถังขยะและที่จับฝักบัว ฉันพบคราบบนผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนหนึ่ง แต่โดยรวมแล้วมันค่อนข้างดี อาหารอร่อยจริงๆ และอาหารเช้าก็มีให้เลือกมากมาย การบริการและความเอาใจใส่จากพนักงานโรงแรมนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก! ยิ้มแย้มเสมอ พูดภาษาต่างๆ และช่วยเหลือดีมาก ฉันจะแนะนําสถานที่นี้อย่างแน่นอนและจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน!
