Staff was helpful and friendly and location was excellent. WiFi was fast, bed was comfortable and apartment was clean. It’s close to supermarkets, restaurants, Shopping etc. very easy to get around also and the people of the city were friendly and willing to help as needed which was great as it was our first time in Morroco. The only downside was construction noise, especially early in the morning.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay. The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air. Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch. The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience. This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

У отеля очень удобное местоположение, рядом ж/д станция, остановка трамвая, торговый центр, набережная. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Номер небольшой, но все очень продумано. Удобная кровать, пуховые одеяла и подушки, все способствует отдыху после длительных прогулок. Местами требуется косметический ремонт, ну и могло бы быть почище, но в целом на качестве отдыха это не отразилось. Отель нам понравился.

เราพักที่โรงแรมนี้ 5 คืน และประสบการณ์โดยรวมก็เป็นบวก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ตรงข้ามท่าเรือซึ่งมีกลิ่นความชื้นเล็กน้อยและมีเชื้อราบางส่วน แต่ถึงกระนั้นสถานประกอบการก็ยังคงสะอาด ใกล้กับสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เช่น ตลาด มัสยิด และ Sqala ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินที่แท้จริง พนักงานเป็นกันเองและเอาใจใส่เสมอ ซึ่งทำให้การพักของเราน่าพึงพอใจมากยิ่งขึ้น โรงแรมไม่ได้หรูหรามากนัก แต่ก็ตอบโจทย์หากคุณกำลังมองหาสถานที่เรียบง่ายและทำเลดีในการเที่ยวชมเมือง

Современные , чистые апартаменты в потрясающей локации . Безопасно , комфортно , красиво вокруг . Очень хорошие и приятные люди работают в данном отеле . Особенно хочу отметить работу прекрасной девушки Hafsa на ресепшене . Она очень заботливая и добрая ! Спасибо за ранний заезд и позднее выселение . Из минусов - отсутствие сковородка и кастрюли . И слышимость за стеной . В целом оценка 5 из 5 !

Hôtel très bien placé et très bon accueil.  En revanche, tout est vétuste avec une odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bain, une tv très vieille, et des lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas toutes.  Un vrai rafraîchissement est plus que nécessaire, voir impératif !!

The location is great for walkable everywhere we wanted to go. The room has most of things that we needed. We felt that something can be improved is that the room cleaning person should make sure to fill up little things such as toilet paper, shower towels, and washing soap etc. other than that we are happy to staying.

Great location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast

Hotel needs refurbishment especially the beds and beddings. Towels are worn out and needs changing. Service was good and staff were helpful. The location is excellent near to many great resturants as well as public transportion tram and bus stop was just around the corner. Convenient for a short stay.
