Staying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm. The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free. Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table! This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay. The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air. Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch. The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience. This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

У отеля очень удобное местоположение, рядом ж/д станция, остановка трамвая, торговый центр, набережная. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Номер небольшой, но все очень продумано. Удобная кровать, пуховые одеяла и подушки, все способствует отдыху после длительных прогулок. Местами требуется косметический ремонт, ну и могло бы быть почище, но в целом на качестве отдыха это не отразилось. Отель нам понравился.

Chambre spacieuse, commerces snack et coiffure à proximité donc bien situé. Petit déjeuner varié sucré comme salé mais pas excellent... Le personnel de l'accueil, de la restauration et le bagagiste sont très agréables souriants et serviables. Mon avis personnel l'hôtel ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles, la salle de bain est assez vielle, les rideaux décrochés et les fenêtres de la chambres ne se ferment pas correctement donc il ne fait pas très chaud dans la chambre sachant que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Il y a quelques places de parking réservés au clients de l'hôtel.

Хороший отель по расположению, вкусные завтраки, просторные номера с ежедневной уборкой Из минусов 1. Надоедливый носильщик, не принимает отказы, после просьбы оставить нас в покое продолжает предлагать ненужные нам услуги. 2. Так же, по какому то странному стечению обстоятельств сразу после заселения нас дважды беспокоили в номере, отдельно постучали чтобы принести воды и пакетики чая/кофе, потом отдельно принесли чайник через пару минут. Почему не могли заранее все принести, я не понимаю (заезд был вечером, сильно позже 15:00) 3. В номере не было кружек (возможно должны были занести при реализации минуса №2, но после второго посещения была повешена табличка не беспокоить) 4. Гель для душа по вязкости напоминал воду, пользоваться невозможно В остальном хорошо

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีห้องพักใหม่สะอาดและมีสไตล์ ฉันจะปรับปรุงบริการและอาหารเช้า การทําความสะอาดโดยรวมนั้นดี แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวค่อนข้างเก่าและบางครั้งก็หายไป ดังนั้นคุณต้องไปที่แผนกต้อนรับไกลเพราะโทรศัพท์ของห้องไม่ทํางานมันแค่แสดง ฮิฮิ

The hotel is situated near the train station Casa Voyageur. While the exterior building looked somewhat promising but inside the room is rather old, the lighting is dull and the same goes to the bathroom. But we only stayed for 1 night to catch the train to the airport therefore not much to complain about here. But the room does require some upgrades.

Современные , чистые апартаменты в потрясающей локации . Безопасно , комфортно , красиво вокруг . Очень хорошие и приятные люди работают в данном отеле . Особенно хочу отметить работу прекрасной девушки Hafsa на ресепшене . Она очень заботливая и добрая ! Спасибо за ранний заезд и позднее выселение . Из минусов - отсутствие сковородка и кастрюли . И слышимость за стеной . В целом оценка 5 из 5 !

I boooed the normal room they upgraded me to the suite I don’t know why but they did
