This is a self-service hotel, which is probably fine for 95% of guests 95% of the time. The self check-in kiosk works smoothly. We had a short stay, so we couldn't check out the breakfast, but it seems simple but good for people on the go. The biggest problem here was a lack of parking. We had to park on the street, but fortunately we found a place nearby. Though not a fancy hotel, it is great for those looking for a clean, comfortable night of rest.

너무 편하게 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 엘레베이터 앞 방이라 걱정했는데 소음 전혀 없엇구요. 방도 깨끗하고 따뜻했습니다 필요한 물품도 모두 잘 갖추고 있었구요. 모텔이 많은 위치에 있긴 하지만 조용해서 불편함 전혀 없었습니다. 원주 출장 오게되면 여기 재방문 할 것 같아요

As a 4 star hotel, it was surprised me that they can't handle chec- in process in English smoothly. A young girl tried to speak Chinese to me, however, I can speak English so this behavior is rude. On second day, I have to prepare a translation screen for a girl to ask question. There's an experienced lady helped my in Chinese. On the day I check-out, finally there's a lady who can speak English clearly and helped me correctly without any issue. This hotel should think about ”English” service at reception, at least, able to check-in smoothly and correctly. Is it too hard?

The room was very clean and comfortable with a massage chair. The service of the desk officer was perfect, he helped us to order a meal which was delicious. There was no breakfast due to holiday time, but they offered a good coffee.

I've stayed here before, and it is clean, quiet, and blackout dark. This time, however, the standard room I had reserved was unavailable, and so I got an upgrade, which just had two computers instead of one (both of which I don't need), and the room actually seemed smaller than the last time I remember. Checkout time was not until 12, but I received two phone calls to tell me to check out before then. I was in the shower and ran out to get the first call, but they had already hung up. So just a bit of an annoying start to my day. Otherwise, I would recommend it again. Just ask them not to call you.

Great little spot. The only complaint is that the parking elevator is a bit fickle. Friendly staff, a monstrous TV, and even an LG steamer for clothes were in the room. The shower controls are a bit of a puzzle. Spin to choose temperature, tilt to start the water. I was in town just for a night to visit friends. I'd stay there again.

호텔 위치도 좋고, 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있어요. 배정박은 방이 담배냄새가 나서 한층 아래 방으로 옮겨주셨고, 냄새는 걱정없았어요. 가성비도 좋고 시설도 좋아요. 단지 창이 옆 숙소 벽이라 좀 답답하고 햇빛은 없어요. 잠만 자고 쉬다 가기에 좋아요.
