นอกจากทำเลที่ตั้งที่ดีแล้ว อาหารก็ค่อนข้างแย่ นี่เป็นโรงแรมออนเซ็นแห่งที่สามในการเดินทางไปฮอกไกโดของฉัน โรงแรมสองแห่งก่อนหน้านี้มีเบียร์และเครื่องดื่มต่างๆ แต่สำหรับโรงแรมที่ราคามากกว่า 2,000 เยนต่อคืน เครื่องดื่มกลับคิดราคาแยกต่างหาก และบริการก็ไม่ดี โรงแรมนี้ไม่มีเครื่องดื่มเลย และอาหารก็แย่ที่สุด ฉันจะเลือกโรงแรมอื่นแน่นอนในครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันไปทะเลสาบอะคัง

เมืองคุชิโระค่อนข้างเงียบเหงา โรงแรมก็เก่าแล้วครับ เดินจากสถานี JR ประมาณ 10 นาที หน้าโรงแรมมีป้ายรถบัสสีขาว 🚌 เป็นจุดจอด ทำให้สะดวกมากสำหรับการเที่ยวแบบวันเดียว ห้องพักจะทำความสะอาดเมื่อพักตั้งแต่ 2 คืนขึ้นไป คืนแรกออกไปข้างนอกแล้วกลับมาก็ยังเหมือนเดิม ผ้าเช็ดตัวก็ไม่ได้เปลี่ยน อาจจะต้องไปขอที่ฟรอนท์เองครับ ขนาดห้องโอเคเลย สำหรับ 2 คน สามารถเปิดกระเป๋าเดินทางขนาด 26 นิ้วได้พร้อมกัน 2 ใบ เดินไปสะพานนุไมบาชิและตลาดวาโชก็ไม่ไกล ตอนไปตลาดคนไม่ค่อยเยอะครับ บังเอิญได้กินร้าน Uoichi อร่อยใช้ได้เลย ร้านอิซากายะหลังโรงแรมลูกค้าเยอะมาก รสชาติก็ดีครับ เราไม่ได้จองล่วงหน้า แต่ก็ Walk-in เข้าไปทานได้เลย แนะนำให้จองล่วงหน้านะครับ เราสองคนทานกันเยอะมาก หอยสังข์อร่อยมาก สั่งเพิ่มไปอีกจาน! รวมทั้งหมด 12,300 เยนครับ

ที่พักดี วิวดีมาก อาจจะดูเก่าหน่อยแต่คลาสสิกห้องพักแบบ ทาทามิ จะมีวิวที่ดีอยู่ชั้นสูง ห้องใหญ่ มี 3 สัดส่วน ไปฤดูหนาว -15 ในตอนกลางคืน ฮีตเตอร์เอาอยู่หลับสบาย ออนเซนก็ดี มีด้านนอกให้ด้วย โลเคชั่นดี จอดรถสบายๆ อาหารเย็นดีมาก อาหารเช้าก็ดี

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the Kushiro train station and bus station (these were just opposite the hotel) which saved us the walking in snowy conditions. The triple room we booked was surprisingly bigger than I would imagine for a typical Japanese hotel. We tried the hotel breakfast and it was good for value and have a spread of food choices. The staff were friendly and despite of language barrier, we managed to be able to request for assistance. I would like to thank Ryoyo for his help in checking for alternative bus to Sapporo due to train suspension and he further helped to contact our Sapporo hotel to inform that we will arrive later due to unforeseen train suspension. As per other reviews about the attitude of the hotel staff, I personally feel that they are really helpful but might appear rude to foreigners as they are not good at expressing themselves. The hotel has a manga corner and amenities shelf which you can grab special hair amenities and other types of pillows. There is also free washing machine which my husband used it daily to wash his clothes, free onsen and coffee. Overall, this hotel has great amenities and facilities. The famous tourist attractions were within walking distance from the hotel (MOO/ EGG/ Nusamai Bridge about 15-20mins walk).

ทำเลที่ตั้ง การบริการ บ่อน้ำพุร้อน และบุฟเฟต์ ยอดเยี่ยมมาก พนักงานทุกคนยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสตลอดการเข้าพัก และเป็นทริปที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก เนื่องจากรูปทรงของอาคาร เราจึงจองในนาทีสุดท้าย เลยไม่ได้เห็นวิวจากหน้าต่างห้อง แต่วิวจากบ่อน้ำพุร้อนและห้องอาหารเช้านั้นงดงามตระการตา มองเห็นแม่น้ำคุชิโระและสะพานนุซาไม บ่อน้ำพุร้อนเป็นน้ำแร่เกลือเข้มข้นที่ช่วยให้ร่างกายอบอุ่น ทั้งห้องซาวน่าและห้องอาบน้ำกลางแจ้งกว้างขวางและผ่อนคลาย บุฟเฟต์ก็มีให้เลือกเยอะมากเมื่อเทียบกับราคา และอาหารก็อร่อยมาก ฉันอยากจะใช้โรงแรมนี้เป็นที่พักต่อไปอย่างแน่นอน อ้อ ฉันพักโรงแรมธุรกิจประมาณ 250 คืนต่อปีเพื่อทำงาน

heads up if you are assigned a smoking room, you will smell cigarette/smoke odor across the hallway and inside your room BUT, except for this i had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. the room is warm during the day, i didn't have to the heater. i like the floor. the bathroom was very clean. the bed is big for one person. they have free breakfast where you can have rice, a variety of dishes and also bread (no need to show meal vouchers/coupons, they have complementary coffee from 4-10 pm. it's near the kushiro station/bus terminal. a few meters ahead, there are supermarkets and drug stores and 100 yen shop. the staff were nice.

The hotel side is adequate but simple. The restaurant part should be avoided, food basic cheap and the worse of our two weeks in Hokkaido. Staff was unfriendly to say the least. There is a beer box at the entrance of the restaurant, but that is ”outside” . We thought we should take the beer before entering the restaurant, and that got the staff just about scream at us, because beer is sold inside! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and while we were finishing our breakfast started at 8.30 waitress showed up saying we should be out by 9 as they closed! Very close to Akan crane center but the worse accomodation of hokkaido, to be avoided if you can. All other places we stayed people were most friendly!
