ประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม! ทุกอย่างดีมาก เรามีห้องที่มี terass และวิวทะเล มันน่าทึ่งมาก ห้องพักสะอาดมากและผ้าปูที่นอนเปลี่ยนทุกวัน ซึ่งก็ดีเมื่อคุณมีสุนัขสองตัวที่แอบเข้านอนในตอนกลางคืน ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม เดินไม่ไกลจากใจกลางเมืองที่มีร้านค้าและร้านอาหาร บริการที่จอดรถดีมาก พวกเขาจอดรถให้คุณและเมื่อคุณต้องการพวกเขาจะนํารถไปที่หน้าโรงแรมภายใน 15 นาที ค่าใช้จ่าย 20 ยูโร / คืน แต่ไม่มีปัญหา พนักงานยอดเยี่ยม เรามาถึงประมาณ 6AM (เร็วกว่าที่คาดไว้มาก) และเร็วเกินไปสําหรับเวลาเช็คอินปกติ เราเหนื่อยมากหลังจากขับรถมาหนึ่งคืนและห้องของเรายังไม่พร้อม แต่พนักงานใจดีพอที่จะให้ห้องนอนแก่เรา และที่ 11AM เราสามารถเช็คอินห้องที่เราจองได้ ฟรี! อาหารเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน และพวกเขาทําอาหารเช้าแบบแพ็คกล่องหากคุณออกไปก่อนเวลาอาหารเช้า โรงแรมไม่ซักผ้า แต่มีที่ซักรีดอยู่ห่างออกไป 800 ม.

A Wonderful Stay at Villa Sant’Andrea, A Belmond Hotel, Taormina Mare I had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Sant’Andrea. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and unique, with stunning views that made every moment special. My room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed a restful and peaceful sleep throughout my stay. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff who made my experience so memorable—from the team who checked me in to the bellman and doorman who kindly assisted me upon arrival and departure. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It is no surprise that this hotel is so famous. You have created such a beautiful memory for my vacation, one that I will always cherish. I truly look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to everyone for such an exceptional experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Taormina Infinity Suites. Before our arrival, communication via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient. The host always responded promptly, making the check-in process easy and stress-free. Although we arrived quite late in the evening, the host warmly welcomed us and kindly helped us carry our luggage downstairs. The rooftop swimming pool was a real highlight. The water was very clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was beautifully designed, and you could clearly see the care and attention that had gone into every detail. Upon check-out, the host kindly helped us with our luggage again and arranged a taxi to the train station, which saved us a lot of hassle and made our departure much easier. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Piazza IX Aprile and within easy reach of Taormina’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops.

We spent a fantastic week in this hotel. It was amazing to have direct access to a beautiful private beach as well as an infinity pool. There were plenty of loungers to relax. The location was great, right on the sea side and close to the train station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel that takes you into Taormina was also excellent. The staff were all super friendly too. However I felt that there was a lack of affordable meal options and the breakfast offering became monotonous after some days. Overall a very special place that I look forward to returning to one day.

We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area. We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella. The next morning we were awake before the birds for an excursion to Etna (for my birthday), before we left someone appeared at the door with a birthday cake and a candle. A really lovely touch. Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too! The service was impeccable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. The food is delicious. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect. We can’t wait to come back

Overlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.  Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.  The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.  This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Incredible sea views from room’s balcony, pool and breakfast restaurant. Room a little dated with sticky floors, just wear bedroom slippers. Toilet is clean. Superb location!! Hotel was 3 mins walk to bus stop that takes you to Giardini train station. And 5 mins walk to the heart of town. Try Bam Bar’s granita & have dinner after sundown at any of the restaurants nearby.

Everything was good except for the laundry. We paid 40 euros and our laundry came back still somewhat dirty and not smelling clean. All my white clothes were ruined because they didn't separate. Wasted my money and my clothes. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The service was good, the staff was friendly. The room was cleaned daily and thoroughly. We had a sea view room which was beautiful however it felt so stuffy and humid that it prevented us from sleeping and we were unable to turn on the air conditioning. The walls were so thin that we could hear people outside all night, we could hear the people have breakfast in the morning, and we could hear the opera couple streets over. Location was close enough to the bus and to shops and restaraunts.

Хороший отель! У меня оказался очень поздний заезд после того, как они закрыли ресепшн. Очень странно! Я выбирала отель с ресепшн 24/7! Они оставили мне записку с подробной инструкцией на двери отеля. В ней говорилось, что ключи от комнаты я найду в двери, а их там не было!!! Мой сонный мозг смог додуматься только для того, чтобы спуститься на пустой ресепшн и забрать ключи оттуда. При check-out вопросов не было.

Not possible that this is a 4 star The staff were very nice, and generally the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was really good and staff helpful. But the condition of our room was not suitable, there was no bathroom ventilation and there was black mould throughout the room. We arrived on a day with bad storms and power cuts so just went to bed and left it when we arrived, but we stayed 3 nights and it got worse and worse throughout, we couldn't believe that anyone was letting people stay in the room so we kind of assumed all the rooms were the same and it was jsut a problem with the hotel being older, plus the mould was so obvious there is no way this wouldn't have been noticed by the hotel. There was a strong smell of bleach when we arrived, so its obviously a known problem, but I dont think they should then be putting people in that room. I mentioned this when checking out and offered to show photos, but the lady on reception said she would send someone to go look (there was mould on numerous walls, and if it smelt of bleach on arrival I assume they know this if cleaning every day so dont see why they let people stay in the room anyway?) The access to sun loungers/ reduced rate beach which is mentioned at booking isn't explained, it is a 45 minute walk each way and you still have to pay for the sunbeds. The bus leaves the hotel once a day but again this wasn't explained, so we just went to the beaches and took our towels down on the people's for free rather than hiring sunbeds a long way away. Some things in the hotel were really good, staff, terrace area, breakfast but the room condition is not suitable and I wouldn't recommend, there are a few 4 star hotels in the area so I'd suggest an alternative, though other 0eolle around the hotel seemed fine with their room so maybe we just had a bad one? But then if there is a bad room with mould I dont think they should be providing that to people and charging full price.
