Very beautiful place and super clean. Check in was hassle free and Stephano and his kindly mum are the greatest hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone! Stephano is most helpful and the much raved about breakfast lives up to its name. Thank you Stephano for helping us so much with the item we left behind, so blessed!

The door is not very obvious. After the car drove in, it suddenly became clear. The management was very careful. The garden plants and swimming pool are very beautiful. The environment and service are good. If you have time, you can stay for two days and enjoy it. The bread for breakfast is made by the hotel. It is delicious. When I left, I was also given a bottle. Olive oil. Worth recommending!

We would book Thalya Rooms again without a doubt. Perfect location to visit all highlights that Syracuse and Ortigia have to offer. Free parking in the street, clean room with comfortable bed and lovely staff. Veronica is a gem, she gave us a warm welcome and provided all information we needed to enjoy our stay in this area.

Excellent Stay with Great Location and Stunning Views I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air. What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. The level of cleanliness in this little hotel was 100% the staff warm and welcoming and the breakfast included was an absolute bargain. On arrival we were a little underwhelmed but as soon as we noticed and appreciated how fresh and clean the hotel was, how helpful the staff were we were v happy with our choice. We were lucky to find a fantastic local restaurant just a block away towards Ortigia - not in Ortigia and the menu prices were not Ortigia level either, just a street across from the restaurant was a fantastic ice cream shop with a wonderful bar opposite. We had such a great time as this restaurant, gelato, bar trinity we went twice. Sorry can't remember the restaurant name but the bar is called Stone10 I think. Lots of free parking in the streets around the hotel, beautiful church opposite. This hotel is a bargain we would recommend 10/10

We have waited for 15 mins outside the accommodation which no one is inside. There isn’t any check-in details provide for us when we arrive and we have to call the owner to wait for her arrival to check in. The room is nice and clean. However, the location is a bit too far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby but there is only a single bus each hour.
