ผผู้เข้าพักWe recently stayed at a hotel in Ranchi,Jharkhand, Hotel Raindew for a week and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and at home. What impressed us the most was how attentive they were to our needs—often anticipating them before we even had to ask. Traveling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, but the team at this hotel ensured we had everything we needed, from child-friendly meals to providing extra cots in our room. Their thoughtful gestures made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel exudes the charm of North India, with its decor, cuisine, and overall ambiance giving us a genuine feel of the region. The specialty of this hotel made us feel deeply connected to the culture. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and their warm demeanor left a lasting impression on us. I highly recommend Hotel Raindew to anyone visiting Ranchi,Jharkhand, especially families. It’s rare to find a place that blends impeccable service, cultural authenticity, and family-friendly amenities so seamlessly. We can’t wait to return! I have had excellent experiences with everyone in the hotel but the few I remember are Mantosh, Mukesh, Biswajeet, Laxmi & Ankit .
And extra marks for all the girls and boys in the Paparika Restaurant.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis property is located on the 5 th floor of the building and it has a parking facility too. The property has options for booking rooms with attached and external bathrooms. I booked a deluxe ac studio room with an attached toilet ( for 3 people) and a baranda. This has 2 rooms (2 beds) with one kitchen and bathroom. All rooms were clean and well maintained. The property also has a facility for a kitchen where one can order food items. The manager and the other hotel people were very friendly and polite in nature. They will always ask you for additional help if required. I must say the behaviour of the hotel staff was too good. The location is not in the busy city area but it's close to that (1. 5-2 km. Two petrol pumps were located just near this property.

ผผู้เข้าพักProperty's location is wonderful, all the important things are nearby. Lots of places for good and delicious food. Amenities they are providing is truly value for worth. Daily room cleaning, changing of towels etc. Power back up no power cut off. I think cheap and best place for stay. Staff is very humble and always ready for the instructions. If i ask them any thing extra they have a quick response. Meal is super delicious.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe location of hotel rahi is good, rooms are not good enough most toilet locks are not working. But the worst thing is their restaurant service. They don't have any time tables. We are waiting for a long time for a complimentary breakfast. Last day we took a train at 6 am so we told them we are not able to take the breakfast in the early morning so you can manage a snack on the last day evening but they don't have any response. This is not expected.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis property is very good, the staff here is good. The room is quite fine, bedsheet, blanket etc. Everything is very good, the only drawback is their washroom, the water in it backs up. And there are a lot of things wrong. If we talk about ac cooling makes very well.
