The hotel was great, rooms are decent big enough, morning buffet and hospitality were top notch. Especially the folks at the reception were great in helping me with a last minute change.

The room and bathroom were very neat and clean. Locality was good. A little bit hard to find the location but very close to the main road. All the staff behaved very politely and attentively. The meal was very tasty and the cook's suggestions for the main course was good.

This is a very average hotel with untrained staff, poorly managed kitchen, untidy linens and smelly rooms. There are barely any choices for buffet breakfast and you have to wait long for getting breads, puri etc. To accompany the veg curry. Same for tea-coffee. There is no parking area and since the hotel is located slightly away from the main road, you have to walk a while with your luggages to get autos etc. At the time of departure, the hotel staff won't assist you in getting an auto near the entrance. Lastly the lift is very old fashioned with collapsible gates and loud musical announcements that can disturb you till late night every time it passes your floor!

What a pleasant surprise to find such a gem of a hotel ! 5-star service from the hotel owner to the Mgr Prasanta, Mr. Zakil and the Housekeeping staff. Professional and gracious hospitality team. Comfortable room, hot water available 24/ 7, water pressure's good, wifi's reasonably fast, food's good. Just replace the tap washers; and it'd be a perfect stay. Thank you for a lovely visit ! :)
