ผผู้เข้าพักIt was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour.
Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

ผผู้เข้าพักที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ในเขต UNP และทำเลดี ล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมสวยงามและพนักงานต้อนรับก็เป็นมิตรมาก น่าเสียดายที่ห้องพักสกปรกและมีฝุ่นมาก คุณสามารถเห็นรอยผมและสิ่งสกปรกบนที่นอนและปลอกผ้านวม ผนังห้องน้ำมีเชื้อราสีเขียว ถือเป็นการสิ้นเปลืองสำหรับโรงแรมที่มีทำเลดีแต่มีความสะอาดแย่มาก หวังว่าฝ่ายจัดการจะพิจารณาเรื่องนี้

MM_FaizalGood location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThe room is very clean and its very near to Masjid Al Hakim. Only 5mins walking distance to the beach too. The toilet also clean and they also provide water dispenser, so no hustle to worry to buy mineral water together with the iron (upon request). I also used the laundry service which is very good and the price also quite cheap. I went during Ramadan, hence anyone who want to discover Padang during Ramadan, i would really recommend to stay at this hotel!

Hharun hasbiworth the price close to everywhere the seaview.. rumah makan & mall all just walkable. stayed here because of the location is very good near to everywhere. the only thing i frustrated about the room the towels provided was very low quality towels very hard to absorb wetness everytime after taking bath. hopefully in future reddoorz should provide towels that have fabric suitable to absorb wetness even is not a thick towels like 4 star hotel cheap towels also can provided the fabric is good.besides that I think this hotel is very good because of it's location.. close to plaza andalas mall..big supermarket..rumah makan.. seaview..small mart.. coffee shop & all you need is here

HHuseeThe hotel’s location is definitely a plus—it’s close to the sea, which offers easy access to the beach. The receptionist was very welcoming and made check-in smooth, but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to check in early. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the amenities are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. While the staff’s attitude was great, the overall condition of the hotel falls short of expectations.

FFaaiz97It was a nice play to stay. Really strategic place because at the town. About food you can easily get near this place. Many food like lontong, teh telur, lakitang. Comfortable place to stay because have many things their provide such as transport to attraction place, air conditioner at the lobby. Thanks for the trip recommend to stay at this hotel, also get the nice voucher to use . I love you all so much. Will come again to padang. Nice view near beach, and cold
