The hotel was located within an area with a lot of massage parlours and eateries which was great. The grand Batam mall was just next to the hotel which was easily accessible with connecting lift access. There’s also other shopping malls within walking distance too. The hotel facilities (swimming pool and gym) were good though we didn’t use them. The complimentary high tea food at Oak Bistro was surprisingly good comprising sweet and savoury items. The welcome snacks and beverages in room was a surprise as we thought it was chargeable.. turns out it was complimentary! Buffet breakfast spread was standard but the bread and steam dim sum were hard and cold. The fried noodles and rice were also quite cold though it was closed with a cover. Overall the buffet was satisfactory. Service staff cleaning the plates were kind of slow though there weren’t many guests. Room amenities was basic and good. Overall stay was great. Would recommend staying at this hotel due to the good location and facilities and access to other places within Batam.

Had a wonderful stay in Batam! 😊 1 thing I really appreciated was that the photos online accurately reflected the actual room + lobby — no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. The property looked just as advertised, which made check-in feel reassuring from the start. ~The reception area was quite busy when I arrived, but the team remained friendly and professional throughout. I had a special occasion during my stay before arrival on remarks via a third-party platform, the staff were incredibly accommodating and went the extra mile to help make it memorable 🎉it is just a small part but this is great job! A special thank you to Ms. Wulanadri, Mr. Ahmad & Mr. Boy for their kindness and excellent service. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist made a real difference to my experience👏✨both bellman at level 1 also very friendly and kind thumb up!! ~Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

โรงแรมค่อนข้างล้าสมัย อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยดีเหมือนกัน และโรงแรมกําลังปรับปรุงที่ชั้นล่าง ดังนั้นคุณสามารถได้ยินการเจาะทั้งหมดและไม่สามารถแช่ตัวในโรงแรมได้ในระหว่างวัน แม้ว่าห้องควรจะปลอดบุหรี่ แต่แขกคนก่อนดูเหมือนจะสูบบุหรี่อยู่ที่นั่น ดังนั้นห้องน้ําจึงมีกลิ่นเหม็นในตอนแรก แต่ทําเลดี ใช้เวลาเดินไม่ถึง 5 นาทีถึงห้างสรรพสินค้าแกรนด์บาตัม

The hotel Air-Conditioning is very bad. I have reported to the receptionist, but they refused to fixed that. I slept with sweat body and the room feel warm. The location is very strategic. The room condition is very cosy. Everything is nice but the only AC is problem. Hope hotel management can fix the problem ASAP

Great experience in this hotel, although slide uncomfortable experience with the arrangement of the rooms, as I requested 4 non-smoking room but got smoking rooms instead. However, front desk was able to squeeze in 1 nonsmoking room for us, which was still bearable. One of our family members had her birthday on the 2nd day of the stay, so the staff was able to light decorate the room, and have a special arrangement for breakfast. Great experience for us!
