One of the best villas we've ever stayed at! The views are absolutely stunning, and the parking area is spacious. It truly feels like staying at a luxury hotel with exceptional service. Everything was spotless, and all the cooking and dining utensils were complete. After our party at the villa, we woke up the next morning to find everything already cleaned up. The service was simply amazing! We'll definitely be coming back again.

Not many to choose on breakfast menu, nice view, friendly staff,, abit pricey though

The facilities are good. Although there is no gym, but there is table tennis. The scenery is good. The service is good. You also can have a free printed picture. One thing that I don't like is the regulation of smoking. I just found out that customer can smoke at the balcony and lobby. While I have requested a non smoking room, the man next door was smoking at the balcony, and the smoke came to our room. And I have to complained twice so we can move to different room. My suggestion is, please separate the smoking and non-smoking floors so that non-smokers can breathe fresh air. And please make the lobby as a non smoking area. It's too bad that the room that was already nice was polluted with cigarette smoke from visitors.

The hotel's location is great, not far from main road (Jl. Raya Puncak, which is very busy and noisy especially during weekend and holiday). The staffs are friendly and helpful (especially, Mr. Dadan/security staff. Very helpful when I wanted to charge my ev). Recommended hotel.

Luar biasa pelayanan yg sangat ramah jd pengen balik lg, kamar tidur dan kamar mandi luas, walaupun bangunan agak lama tp kokoh dan bersih, makanan enak² sesuai kantong, sayangnya pas nginep mlm rabu jd rabu nya gk bisa renang krn maintenance trs Colokan untuk di kamar klo bisa tambahin soalnya kurang klo yg punya hp lebih dari 2, dan bantal ya klo bisa tambahin 2 lagi jd 1 kamar 4 bantal, overall saya puas, next time pasti balik lg, thank u..

ดีที่สุด ได้รินาจานี 5 ตอนแรกสั่งรีเจนนี่ 4 แต่มีข้อผิดพลาดจากรีสอร์ท บอกว่าอีเมลออนไลน์สั่งช้า เลยถูกยกเลิกการจองออฟไลน์ ตอนแรกรู้สึกอึดอัดนิดหน่อยเพราะไม่ได้ยืนยันในตอนแรก แต่สุดท้ายก็มีความสุขเพราะพบว่ารินจานี 5 ดีมาก ดูดีกว่ารินาจานี 4 ที่มุมข้างทางและดูน่ากลัวไปหน่อยเพราะมุมฮิฮิ เงียบจริงๆ ที่นี่เงียบมาก ติดถนน ติดถนน สําหรับร้านกาแฟชั้นบนสุด อาหารอร่อยทุกอย่าง โดยเฉพาะโซโต แนะนํามาก การบริการก็โอเค ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือเมื่อฉันมาที่สระว่ายน้ําฉันไม่สามารถสวมใส่ได้ ขอแนะนําอย่างยิ่งให้มาที่นี่เพื่อสวมชุดรัดกุมเพราะมันหนาวมาก คราวหน้าฉันจะมาที่นี่ lgg🫶🏻
